I cdnuolt blveiee that I cluod aulaclty uesdnatnrd what I was rdanieg. The phaonmneal pweor of the hmuan mnid, aoccdrnig to a rscheearch at Cmabrigde Uinervtisy, it deosn't mttaer in what oredr the ltteers in a word are, the olny iprmoatnt tihng is that the first and last ltteer be in the rghit pclae. The rset can be a taotl mses and you can still raed it wouthit a porbelm. This is bcuseae the huamn mnid deos not raed ervey lteter by istlef, but the word as a wlohe. Amzanig huh? Yaeh and I awlyas tghuhot slpeling was ipmorantt! If you can raed this psas it on !!

You know Cheryl, it took me a minute to realize that wasn't just another bunch of typos!:lmao:

That's ok.... I still can't believe i even made it off the boat (albeit not that graceful) from that height. "TWICE EVEN"

I guess there was enough rum onboard....

K. There isn't enough of anything to get me to jump off a boat! LOL!

Steph so glad your brother is doing better. I know Cheryl has told you, He is in our prayers.

john

:grouphug: :grouphug: :grouphug:
we'll keep em' coming!

Thank y'all! I went by today to see him and he is doing so much better! He can actually walk around (slowly) without assistance..... he goes in the morning for a scan -- to see if the chemo is working. Hopefully we'll know something by the end of the day.

Are you trying to tell us something Terri?????

As a matter of fact, yes :cool1: We won't be doing much traveling next year. Sydney's going to be a big sister. The baby's due on July 2nd. We will try to make it out to Chicago in Feb or so because my MIL is dying to throw a shower for me since I never had one for Sydney. But after that, the extent of our traveling is going to be the 2 hour drive to my Dr. appointments. The baby's due on July 2nd.

As for how Sydney's doing, we've gone back to doing tube feedings regularily again :sad2: We decided that she was getting too skinny and needed some help gaining weight. After the new year, and our WDW trip, we'll try stopping the feeds again and see how she does. I think I mentioned a feeding clinic that we were supposed to do at the end of October, well it didn't happen. They didn't do any of the insurance preapproval until the day before we were supposed to begin the clinic, and the insurance company declined the speech therapy part. I think it was submitted originally incorrectly. Heck speech therapy is what we need now! We've had occupational therapists since she was born and they really have no clue how to really get her to use the muscles in her mouth. So after resubmitting and then appealing once, I finally got in touch with someone that helped! So hopefully after our WDW trip, we can do the clinic.

:cheer2: :cheer2:

Congratulations!!!

Sorry to hear all the trouble you're dealing with in getting the right clinics and therapy for Sydney. Maybe she'll get motivated when she sees the new baby eating?

Thanks!!

I doubt that! We've spent a good amount of time (5 days over Thanksgiving) with her cousin who is only 5mo older and is normally a big piggie.... Well it was just distracting for both of them hehe. Besides, Sydney is on normal food and the baby will not be for a long time. Sydney is so very close just on her own and with us working with her. Maybe the therapy can give her the last kick she needs. The cruise did wonders actually! She loved the food onboard, and not so much at home hehe.

Obviously she didn't ask how do you spell this word and that word. See, that's what happens when I leave her on her own.
