Thanks!!!! Now that I know I have a job again it really makes me want to be planning for our next Disney cruise - I can't wait to see what they release for 2011!

Tomorrow DH and I start back to school. Ben starts on Tuesday but most students in Minnesota do not start until after Labor Day. I am going to be sooooo tired!

I have to say I miss the bed on the cruise. The comforter and the pillows were the best. I wish I knew where I could buy the comforter and pillows I slept like a baby on the boat!!

Ohhh...I loved that bed as well! I slept the best I have in ages on the ship! I have been wondering how to re-create any of it at home...can't really make the bed rock back and forth all night and my bed is not at all soft like the ship one I normally love my bed but when you talk about the bed on the cruise...I miss it too!

When the new dates come out the 12/4 sailing will empty out!
My DS had to go back to school las Tues.! Ugh, it's tough getting up early and getting back into the school routine. I'm not a morning person.

Have fun on your first day back at work! Did you have any road work in Ga slow you down on your way home? It slowed us down for about an hour.

I agree 3 years is too long to wait to go back. It was 3 1/2 years between cruises for us! We have been to the parks several times in between though! We're going back for New Years!

By any chance does anyone have an extra copy of the Mon. navigator that they would be willing to send me? I have copies of all of the other days, but for some reason I am missing that one. I was going to put them all in a scrapbook. Let me know and I will pm you my address. Thanks!!!!

I also want to say thanks for all of the cool FE gifts! DS loved coming back to the room to see what the FE fairies had left us! I'm sorry if the glow sticks in mine didn't work. They didn't pack well! Next time I will need to package my FE's better!

For any DVCer's---Did any one add on any points???? It was very tempting but I managed not to! Maybe next time I will!

I don't know for sure, but Disneycrazzy was handing out tons of magnets for everyone! Her door was covered and she had signs for you take some. she gave us a few different styles of letters! as well as other magnets.

I just wanted to say that meeting all of you - whether on the boards or on the ship, made our first Disney cruise Magical. From meeting everyone and trying to learn first names (and not just board names ), the wonderful FE gifts, and just the fun of the cruise and company it was wonderful.

Jen - I agree with you that I hope we can all cruise again together soon. We also booked on board again (and won the $100 instant on board credit ).

I miss everyone already and getting back to work today was not fun.

I'm cleaning my desk (at home) and preparing stuff for my classes - not much fun , I've to say !!
I love being back home with family and friends - but miss so much the ship and the overall "MAGIC" !!!

I'm not a morning person ... this Wednesday I start work at 7.00 which means I'll have to wake up around 5.30 ...
Definitely NOT fun !!!

Hello Janeanne,

First of all congrats on winning the $100.00 onboard credit!

We also enjoyed meeting everyone and hanging out with you guys. Amanda enjoyed spending time with Jessica. Now that Jessica is home Amanda will drop her an email.

We also rebooked on board for the same fictional date as everyone else (Dec. 4th). Not sure if we plan on cruising again in 2011 or 2012. We will have to see what the itineraries are.

School starts one week from today!

Yes the letter magnets were from me. I gave them out to everybody who had names and cabin numbers on Jen's website as well as the FE group. I'm not sure, but I probably gave out 2000 magnets on the cruise and had a lot of fun doing it. Unfortunately some wayward teenagers had fun taking them from other's doors. I must have had one of about thirty sets of ears I'd given to the cabins around me taken....it was a downer. If you saw circle Mickey or Peace magnets around deck 6 those were from me. Six or seven kids took the majority of the magnets I gave away, but I saw them on a lot of doors and it made me smile.

I had a lot of people come up and thank me sincerely for them and it made all the hard work making them worth it. One man gave me a hug since his handicapped wife loved them so much. Another came up and said his son enjoyed the magnets more than anything else on the cruise. It was cool! and subtley spread the message of peace, love, Disney, and acceptance.

As a family we had a wonderful pair of cruises whether or not we got to Tortola or not. While we don't have plans to sail Disney again soon, we are going to sail the Oasis of the Seas in March. The price was more than $3000 less than sailing on the Magic the same week and I am hopeful that we'll have fun with all the activities the RCCL ship offers. I'll be sure to write a comparison/review when we get back.

I'm sure the RCCL cruisers won't appreciate my magnets though....
