Did you enjoy the cocktail party?? It was FUN to see everyone dressed up on formal night...

I was just looking at our pictures tonight......!!

To be honsest we are not big on cocktail Parties, or dressing up for formal night as you saw. It was a nice gathering and the event was good.

Hi all, We are now back home, Rain is the key word of this trip home.

Today was another rainy, foggy day misable driving, but we are home safe.

Sadly back to frozen dinners and and no more waiters

Welcome home to soggy New England, Ed!!! I figure the sun will come out again sometime...probably on the first day of school next week!

hello everyone!!! glad to hear everyone is getting home safely. its been raining alot here and it has gotten chilly here too. i finished orientation at my school and im ready and excited to start college!!!!! i start september 3rd!!!!! so how is everyone doing????

Glad to see people are getting home safely !! Bev should still be in Florida and Andrew as well ... Wish I could be there too !!!!!!!!

The last part of our vacation , NEW YORK , was a blast : thank you for suggesting Ellen's stardust - we had SO MUCH fun eating there !! and Thank you Jude for the maps and everything !! We got sunny days - very pleasant !!

Back in Italy : weather is as HOT as in Florida ( without A.C.!!!) - Marco is back to work , my teaching job starts at mid-September , but I'll be back to school next week for some "training" sessions ...

THANK YOU all of you for the nice time spent here on the DIS !!!

It was WONDERFUL to have Bev & family as table-mates ; we were always looking forward to chatting about our "adventures" with them !!!

We LOVED to meet many of you : that really added a lot of magic to our cruise !!!! and the FE thing was so much fun !!! THANK YOU for all the great stuff you left at our door !!!

Hello Everyone! It was so difficult to leave the Disney magic and come back to real life.

Well, life this past week has been BUSY!!! My task...find a job - how could I continue my Disney addiction if I did not have a job? I spent Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday of this past week doing everything I could think of - I filled out applications, called principals, made phone calls and was so busy.

The good news...on Thursday...I GOT A JOB!!!! I will be a 4th (9-10 year old students) grade teacher this year at a wonderful private school. The great thing about it is even though it is a private school, they are able to match the pay/benefits of the public schools in our area! Whoo Hoo!

So many of you here were so supportive when I lost my teaching job last spring and all the positive messages helped out as I searched for a job all summer. I just had to share my good news!

As a result...we now know that there will be little bits of money available to put aside for our NEXT CRUISE! I am already dreaming of our next Disney vacation and the whole family is starting to give their opinions on what we want to do!

Kristin - Loved the article about what is going on at Castaway Cay! Makes us really excited to go back!!!

Is everyone's dummy date 12/4/10??? That is mine. It is an Eastern! I would love to go on that one, but I don't think it would be good to take DS out for a week and then be off for Christmas shorlty there after. I was looking at the prices for the 10 and 11 night Holiday cruises and well.....unless I win the lottery I don't think I'll be on any of those!

LOVED the article about the changes to Castaway. We asked a few castmembers while there and no one would tell us anything. I WANT TO GO BACK!!!!!!!

Tomorrow is meet your teacher day and then Tuesday is Back to School for us. My kids are going to be sooooo tired. I tried moving up their bedtime since we returned but this weekend they stayed up way too late and now they are sleeping at Grandmas so I know there is no early bedtime there.

We would love to bring the kids to the east coast and visit a bunch of places! I think it would be incredible to do NYC!!!!

I have to say I miss the bed on the cruise. The comforter and the pillows were the best. I wish I knew where I could buy the comforter and pillows I slept like a baby on the boat!!
