1. Hearing our name announced :woohoo:
2. Rainforest room :cloud9:
3. Having my pictures developed and forcing everyone I know to look at
them!! :teeth:

How do you get to do the "rainforest" room?..
Is it part of the spa?...
Dont you have to pay for some kind of treatment to do the rainforest?....
Id love to at least get to see what its like :confused3 ...but I dont care to do any treatments....I wonder if they would let you just take a look

I could be completely wrong, and feel free to correct me if I am,....but I was thinking it was like $15 to "do" the rainforest room. Sounds, smells, stone seats etc. It was reasonable enough for me to remember it! :teeth:
I believe it is booked through the spa though!

I am officially caught up on this thread,....unless someone is posting right now!!!! :Pinkbounc

Thank You every one for Randall's birthday wishes. It has been a very hectic week. I picked Randall up at his dads @2 on sunday. When we got home, he had a shower and a minor breakdown. He thought his friends were coming that day, he forgot we planned his party for the following weekend. I had to really talk quick to get hin to settle down. My mom & M-I-L arrived while he was in the shower,by 3:30 I had the party over, everything cleaned up, and Randall & I were out the door on our way to our weapons classes, didn't get home again til 7:00!
Monday was our first day of school here. Eric stayed home long enough to see the kids get on the bus. We have been so worried about Cora. Everyone tells her all the time how brite she is, we didn't want her to get to school and have her overwelmed by all the other brite kids, making her feel like maybe she isn't so brite afterall. Does that make sense? Erics business is A 1/2 BLOCK FROM The school, so at lunchtime he went in to check on her. He said she was so busy eating and talking w/new friends that she didn't care much about him being there or not! He was a little sad about that, but really happy about it too! Later I'll tell you guys about the boy who thinks he's smarter than Cora. :teeth:

Okay, we are so in the rainforest room. How many does it accomadate? It would be great to go as a group of women and just chill, chat and laugh!! :rotfl: Ooh Ooh I'm looking forward to this. :goodvibes

On our last cruise (alaskan one) DH and I found the steam and sauna rooms in the back of the spa area that were no charge, you just had to know about them. We were the only one's in them!! It was nice!! :thumbsup2

Hope everyone is well. I'm off to do some more shopping for our new arrangement of rooms. :moped:

Chat more later :grouphug:

I'm honored, it's like I have this sneaky move named after me! I'm not known for being sneaky, heck, it's honesty all the way with me, and if you ask me a direct question that I cant answer or don't want to, I just respond with a nod of the head. My husband would say you "Wendy'd" your sister. :rotfl2:

I was talking with a guy that works for my husband that was in high school the same time I was. It was fun having him tell someone else how he percieved me back then. He decribed me as innocent and well mannered and hung out with the smart kids!!!! :joker: I loved high school, I participated in oodles of extra curricular activities so I was busy all the time, I didn't consider my friends the smart kids, nor would I have considered myself quiet and well-mannered or even innocent! :rotfl: I had to admit that while I remember hearing about this guy in school, I had no opinion, I don't really remember him, I must have been too busy to pay attention,....that sounds kind of bad, but it is true. :teacher:

New word for the day... "Wendy'd" :rotfl2:

I don't remember alot of people in high school! So don't feel bad, and I live in a small town area where you come across people alot. I get the same question "Didn't we go to school together?" I tell them "Um, I think so!"

If you need smackin' you gotta go see DISUNC on the TK'ers thread. I'm pretty sure he's the official in this department!! :rotfl2:

I miss talking to all over there! He is pretty funny, and I'm sure he'd be first in line for the smack :lmao:

If you are looking to just see it, the DW offered us a spa tour when we first boarded the ship! The rainforest room looked and smelled neat!

Thanks! It looks like a neat apartment! I bet he'll hang out there right much!!

That tiara that your DD found is sooo cute! I love it! I almost bought a set of mouse ears that had a tiara on it, but it was youth size :guilty:

We have been talking about doing one day WDW & one day Universal. Did you go into Universal Studios as well?

Hi all, I'm back home again from the land of sunshine and tropical storms/hurricanes I think they are stalking me

We had a great time. The crowds were basically nonexistant, especially yesterday, the day predicted for storms. We had a beautiful day right up until about 3:30 or so, then it started to rain and never stopped.

We park hopped Monday ... Animal Kingdom, Epcot (longest wait of the day, 45 minutes for Soarin) and then MGM.

Tuesday... Typhoon Lagoon.

Wednesday... Magic Kingdom, MGM, Magic Kingdom

Yesterday at the Magic Kingdom, they had lights/signs etc tied up ready for the storm. Attendance was so light that most fastpasses weren't even being used. The longest wait time we saw was maybe 15 minutes but most everything we walked straight on.

The CM at POC actually apologized that there were no lines He said you don't get the proper experience without the lines.

We got into table service restaurants without any reservations and basically no waits either.

Morning all!!!

I'm pasting what Robin wrote us over on the TKer thread...I know she won't mind ;)

Yup, I'm home and as Colleen pasted you can see some of the things that we did.

Our flights were great, both actually arrived 1/2 hour early. Magical Express worked wonderful too. We were at POP Century in an hour from the time we got off the plane. Everytime we went to catch a bus or a boat to go somewhere, it magically appeared :wizard: We got so that we'd laugh and say...... we need a bus...... POOF!!!

Crowds were thin to non existant. Ate at Trails End at Fort Wilderness with only about 50 other people in the building. Didn't get turned away from any other table service places we tried either (without reservations) and always got a table almost immediately.

We went to Typhoon Lagoon which was our first time at a Disney waterpark. We had fun there, though I only did one slide and then floated around in the creek for about 2 hours total :thumbsup2 I stood in the wave pool for a bit too. Kids had fun there.
