4 Weeks till I'm back in WDW

5 Weeks till I'm back on the Disney Wonder

Wish Betsy and I were coming with you

Court yesterday was a very long drawn out affair Mandy.

It ended up with the lady being held guilty of the original charge.

The thing was that she didn't even show up, sent her lawyer in her place. Liz , the policeman and I all showed up.

Sat there from 10 am to 3:30 pm

All for an $85.00 ticket

Yay !! It's nearly the weekend

It's Father's Day over here on Sunday, is it the same with you ? (as I know that Mother's Day isn't the same date). We're taking Paul for a lovely Chinese meal tomorrow lunch time and we've got him some dollars for his trip too

On Sunday I think we're heading over to Birmingham (the nearest place to us with a Disney Store) as I need to get my friends daughter a birthday pressie (they're all Disney mad too)

It is Father's Day here too on Sunday.

Sounds like you have a fun weekend planned.

Saturday I have dress rehearsal for this year's dance recital.

Sunday we will be going to Rick's parents for dinner in honour of his mother's birthday and also fathers day.

Rick will be at the flying field all weekend until he has to go to dinner at his parents.

Don't know for sure what plans Liz has but she too will be doing the dance recital rehearsal.

Could I just ask a quick question ? We've just been over to see Paul's dad and he's given us a few dollars that he accidently ripped in half, he has cellotaped them back together, but could you let me know if I will be able to use them ? or do you think I will have some problems using them ?

I don't know for sure if they will give you any trouble with the taped money Mandy.

I know that I have had taped bills before.

You could always find a bank and exchange the bills for new ones.

Or if you wanted I would be willing to exchange the bills with you. Then I could get new ones easily enough at the bank.

It was a fairly good day here today.

I went to visit my dad in the nursing home. That's always an interesting place to visit Ya never know what you will see or hear while you are in there

Also went to dinner at my inlaws for my mother in laws birthday yesterday and fathers day today.

My father in law is starting to show signs of Alzheimer's type behaviour now

Well, I guess I will be an expert before I'm through with all of these parents

Im sorry I did not get back to you sooner on the money thing...You can indeed use them as long as you have both halves, or have the majority of the bill....But getting them exchanged at the bank was the best thing to do ...as they are American currancy and I dont know if they would honor that way of thinking in England....So Im glad you got it all handled OK

A belated HAPPY FATHERS DAY!...To all you Dads and dadfigures out there!
I am here, but it has been a very busy weekend...

Mike took Friday off, So Friday and Sat.we finished the ceilling...IT LOOKS GREAT!...and we finished some more trim ...AND finally put a door on our washroom ...I love that I can now hide all my laundry ...

We had all the kids and grands over for Father day...inflated the "Funstation" island and everyone had a blast!...So much fun to watch...

I had a BBQ...and cooked up , turkey tenderloins, hotdogs, vension steaks, and shrimp/scallops on the grill....
I also made a tomato/mozzarella/pasta salad, fruit salad, broccolli, and assort. other goodies....

I have also done very badly on my weight loss ...I was going to take care of this problem ..starting today, but I was informed by my DH that tonight we go out to eat with his brother and wife.....SO it looks like I will have to start tomorrow.....

hello ladies

I've been busy the past few days, practising for my dance recital on Saturday and also hauling away a bunch of branches that were trimmed off of my trees.

Of course today, I was taking a load to the recycling depot and it just started to pour down really hard as I was emptying the truck

Oh well, at least it was warm out

Morning Girls,

I was pretty busy yeterday...I got the housework done from the weekend...
and I got all my lawn mowed..(BIG job)..So I am a happy Diser..because it looks like we may get rain today....!
YEA! ..I beat the rain.... ..Normally I go out to mow and everthing looks nice and sunny...but as soon as I go to get on the tractor...BIG plops of rain start and blow my whole plan! ...BUT NOT THIS TIME!....
I KNOW I just HAVE to get a life!

Any weekend plans???...
We are going to take my DGD Brittany(Petey's sweetie)shopping.. to a big mall about 1 1/2 hrs away from here...Its about three times the size of our mall...for her birthday..She has never been there befor.....So that will be different...I think she will enjoy it...its always fun to shop places you havent been befor

I hope you're all having a lovely day. Our plans for the weekend are, on Friday night the girls are having a few of their friends round to sleep over, then on Saturday evening me and Paul are going to a Wedding evening party.

Other than that I am slowly starting to get my washing done for my holiday, but you know my girls, they won't give me their clothes till a few days before
