Betsy- P & PD with the weather and the RV reservations. I just told my dad to start planning their trip for the summer with my son. They take him camping in the pop-up for a week in August for his birthday! I prefer them to stay within a few hours of me just in case something happens while they are gone.
We too, just got buried under a winters worth of snow this past week. But the mud's frozen back up... we have a dirt road and driveway so it has been difficult keeping that new car clean!!!!

..When we get warmer weather ..My road, drivway,(both dirt) turn into mud runs....I go into town and everyone elses cars are all nice, clean and shiney...I come driving in and I look like i was just at one of thoses mudd races...from the mudd flats..in the boonies...
I always feel like I should get out of the car with my muckboots on and a rifle slung over my shoulder.... :rotfl2:

My yard gets all swampy too...with all the melt, and rain...Under all our nice dirt..is clay...So we dont have good drainage....BUT OUR grass is ALWAYS green ..even when we are in the middle of a drought! :thumbsup2

..I just LOVE lush green grass...I'm always barefoot in the summer! :thumbsup2

There's a nice park not too far from me, on Lake Erie.

Nicely wooded with walking trails, treed camping areas, water all around for kayaking and of course ME to come out and visit and have a campfire with :thumbsup2

Thanks everyone for Becky's birthday wishes, she loved them

She has had a lovely day. We went bowling last night and the girls had a great time. Becky really enjoyed herself with her friends, and me and Kerry played each other and we won a game each

Betsy - I see that you are at nearly 6 months till your next trip to WDW, will you be making any ADR's before you go ? and where would you like to go ?

We've only made one ADR and that's for the Lilo & Stitch breakfast at the Poly

Robin - when you Cruise in January, will you be heading to WDW as well ?

I have alot of places I'd like to go...(to me dinning out is a good portion of the fun! popcorn::

I will be making ADRs for CMs,in the CR..Mike really likes the Liberty tree tavern, so Im sure that will be on the list...I dont like to miss The Restaurant Marrakesh, I love their food...I'd like to take the boys to at least have dessert at the CR...Just so they can see it...The R&C of course..and try for the patio for Illuminations ( got to have my bangers and mash!)...Seeing as we will be at the WL, I think the boys would enjoy WCC...I'm sure there will be more , especially if they come out with the free dinning...
Its the only time I'd even think about getting the dinning, because its just too much food and not worth it if you have to pay for it..(IMO)...But with the 2 boys(who can eat circles around mike and I), it could come in handy! :thumbsup2

I have been over at the WLR thread..and there are quite a few going the same time as we are...I am the one doing the Sept. list...and its getting long! :cool1:

Good Morning Ladies! :wave:

We went out to a movie and dinner with my B&SIL, last night

It was JUST OK...("300")...MIke liked it...BUT its all war and battles, BUT if you can get past the blood and body parts flying all over the screen, I will admit that some of the actors were pretty nice to look at , with hardly anything on...just capes, and leather undies...Kinda like tighty whities, only leather... :tongue:

and they didnt have sixpacks, they had TWELEVE packs :teeth:

..(Im thinking that some PC magic had alot to do with that)...
It was def..a guy type of movie! :3dglasses

and we had dinner at the Cracker Barrel

It was good ..I only had a salad with grilled chicken,....AND apple cobbler for dessert.... :love:

..It was good, but not so good for me :mad:

I also received a free popcorn, ..BUT after that dessert I gave it to DH... :thumbsup2

All in all It was a fun night!,,,

Its my craft day, with my DGSs, ...and Julias lessons, So I'll be on the move today.... :car:

I love this picture Betsy, I just wish it felt like Spring outside, it is still very cold, but thankfully not snowing

I've seen some of the trailers for '300', it looks good, but it's not my taste at all, though it sounds like you had a good evening
