7th January 2007, 4 Night Wonder Cruise

Hi guys,

Im feeling better today....

We are leaving on the 1st...Staying the night in Brunswick Ga. and then getting to the Pop in the AM of the 2nd....and we head right home as soon as we get off the ship...But dont plan on being home until the 12th. ..

I am getting SOOOO excited...

Sounds like everyone is planning on arriving home near to the same date.

I try not to let myself think about the fact that the leaving date is so soon. It's too scary.

Lots of things to be done before that.

The weatherman was talking of snow in our area with the temps in the 20's Hopefully that is just the low temperature at night, not during the day!

Oh no Kelly ~ I'm shivering just thinking of temps in the 20's

Betsy ~ I'm so pleased that you're feeling better today

Robin ~ Tell me about it !! I can't believe that we leave two weeks today, I think I'm going to start panicking soon. Christmas is coming round so quick too ~ it's going to be a mad time in the mandymouse household soon

Yes I'm excited this is probably my last post until at least saturday as I plan on packing my laptop as soon as my last final is done. I'll try to post somthing on Sat but it depends on what all is on the secdual. I am now going to give you my top ten list of things I am looking forward to at home.

9 Christmas
8. It means the Disney cruise is coming up
7. Geting to Go to my Home Church again
6. Mom's Homecooked Meals
5. Getting to bug My younger siblings again
4. Chance coming in for snuggles
3. Mary waking me up way too early

Wow! people are starting to get thier documents?!! how exciting!!


I have a question, has anyone booked flights through disney before? I have no idea what time we need to be at the airport. Is there a way I can get this info online?

Randall had his first pee wee basketball game last night. Boy, basketball nights are late nights!! The game didn't start 'til 7 and they're a 30 min drive away. We got home around 8:30. Actually, I can get there in 20 minutes going a back road, but it was freezing rain so I had to stick to the main rds. Randalls team won...26-21. He didn't score or anything....he usually "ducks" if there are any players running anywhere near him. I'm so proud of him for trying though. Last year he would never have entertained the idea of playing basketball. He has a hard time getting the ball to the basket, but he isn't quitting!!

No I have not posted here before, mostly just lurking.

We are from the Barrie area.

I will be travelling with DW, DD7 & DD8.

This will be our second cruise (1st 4 nighter). We did the Eastern in Jan '05. We are headed to Disney World for 9 nights before the cruise. The kids don't know a thing about any of the trip. They sure will be surprised X-mas morning, seeing that we will be leaving in only two days after that. At least they won't have too wait long. We are driving down this time, this I'm sure they will not be too excited about.

I'll pass on the well wishes to Randall! I'm tempted to buy a video camera just to tape his games. I'd love for him to see himself learning to play when he's an adult and has a son of his own!
I've got so much house work to do this week. Trying to get as much done as possible before Christmas, but it's not going so good. 5 out of 7 nights a week I am out doing some "extra" activity. 4 nights with Randall. It's really taking it;s toll. We don't get home until 8-8:30. Besides that, Randall has had numerous appts to make sure everything is good before our vacation. He had a hearing eval a few weeks ago and passed with flying colors. His hearing is nearly perfect so now I can really get on his case. He always says....I didn't hear you the first time! Now I know!! Then he had an ultrasound to check his bladder and kidneys, no results on that yet, the urologist was stuck in surgery, met with the pediatrician, physical therapist,(who is always amazed at how healthy he is and how well he gets around.) the orthopedic, ( had back x-rays to checkthe progression of the scoleosis), the neurosurgeon and the dietician. Now he is scheduled for a video Urodynamics test for which he will be put out for. That's tuesday. He needs to go back to the regular dr sometime before we leave for vacation. Cora is having a friends birthday party on Saturday. We're having a pizza party at the local pizza shop. The kids are gonna make ice cream sundaes for dessert.I hope it goes smoothly. Monday is our company christmas party that I was in charge of this year! Yet one more thing to stress over. The 23rd is my families christmas party and the 24th we go to my inlaws. Somewhere in there I need to finish shopping. The 27th we will have a family party with cake and icecream for Cora. Then....I don't even know, I can't think that far ahead.

I used to visit Barrie a lot as a child.

About your Disney stuff. You booked directly with Disney?

Are you staying at Disney before the cruise?? Going straight from the airport to the ship?

If you are going straight to the ship from the airport have you tried checking out your reservation online here:
