7th Heaven help???

Watched 7th Heaven tonight for the first time in a long while (except we watch reruns most days at 4PM). Did Cecelia the babysitter move in with them? Why? And who is that dark haired kid she was kissing? it wasn't Robbie, was it the Colonel's adopted son?
Why do they feel they have to replace the kids who move away (Simon, Mary)? In most families the nest gradually empties, and in this one it gets more and more full!
One more thing--the last episode I saw was Mary and her husband talking about being newly pregnant. Has that come up again? In the previews for next week Annie says they will soon be grandparents like it's a surprise.

No, Cecelia did not move in with them. She helps Annie out a lot with the twins. She is also now dating the brown haired boy, Martin.

Martin, who goes to the high school, has a father who is a marine who is serving in Iraq. He lived with his aunt, but it escapes me as to why he lives with the Camdens now.

I also wondered why the Camdens seemed surprised about being grandparents. As far as I know, they know about Mary's pregnancy.

Yeah, the Camden household really seems to have a revolving door. Someone leaves, someone moves in.

Martin was living with his aunt, as his father is in the military, oversees. His aunt moved to NY and he didn't want to go, the Camden's said he could live with them, and he moved in. He is dating Cecilia, and so she is over a lot not only because she helps out with the twins, but because of Martin.

At the moment only the twins, Ruthie, and Martin live in the house, of the kids that is. Lucy and her husband rent the apartment above the garage.

Mary is pregnant, and married, should have the baby any second now, and yes they know, but it is another thing entirely to realize that it is going to happen soon, you know that day, or week, or whatever. It also showed Lucy and her husband talking about having a baby, that could have something to do with it.

I'm not a regular watcher, but I can't believe how grown-up Lucy, Ruthie and Simon are.

Did you know that the actress who plays Cecilia is the sister of Jessica Simpson (she is a singer and has a show called Newlyweds)?

Did anyone else notice how Annie Camden [Catherine Hicks] is really changing? She seems to be getting larger -- I thought she might be pregnant? It seems like all she wears are those long open shirts with another shirt under and when they show her close up she generally is holding something else in front of her. Do you know if she is pregnant? I would imagine she is in to her 50's and past the pregnant stage of life?

I think Annie is just putting on some weight (and adding some wrinkles) with age...thank goodness they're letting us see this happen, as opposed to replacing her with someone who has had some "work" done.

Remember My Three Sons?...there always had to be 3 sons at home, no matter who grew up and moved away.

I noticed that myself about Annie looking like she's put on weight. I don't like how they've changed her character. I love the show and try to watch it when I can.
