I have 71 points to rent for $10. a point. My home resort is OKW, but you can use them for other DVC resorts, too.

I have never stayed at the Disney Vacation Club, but would like to stay at OKW March 12 to March 16th, 2006. Can I rent your points and stay at OKW in a studio or one bedroom for these dates? Are there any other fees I would have to pay to Disney for my stay, eg parking, housekeeping, upkeep, taxes??
What would my final cost be and could you garantee I could get a room during these dates?
