It is worth pointing out that such a reservation is contract-locked in error, and it can (well, at least should) be fixed with enough effort on the part of Member Services. There is nothing in the booking rules that require such contract-locking.The lock has appeared frequently for me when I have made reservations inside the 7 month window. They can add the contract with no issue but if the lock is there it is pointless as it will use the order of the contracts that are already in a locked state.
