Yes it does. We booked AKL concierge just yesterday and the CM priced the Silver add-on, but for us it wasn't worth it. Just ask them when you call.

Just call and book, I was told yesterday that they can tell by the 1st 6 numbers of your Visa account number if you are a new cardholder and qualify, I didn't have a code but just received my card about 3 weeks ago - yeah, I qualify!!!
