James - The buttons sound like a great idea. Thank you for doing this for us. I like the idea of having two meets, just in case someone doesn't make the first one on the sail day. I'd be the one that would forget the first one since it'll be our first time on the ship and there is so much to do.

I can't believe we'll be celebrating under 100 days pretty soon.

Hi all and Hi Tera
So far the button art is looking pretty good -Lime green heads with DIS-er and below that May 7-14, 2005. I went to Sam's club and got some waterproof and tear proof paper to do them on, so even if they get wet they won't, supposidly run I was thinking if I put any artwork on it that it might look too busy. What do you think? Yes 2 meets with the second on a sea day would be a good idea.. Braytray has attended one of these before and I am sure between all of us here it will be a success. For the sea day we could all order room service before-hand and bring the goodies to the meet.

I completed the artwork for the buttpns and was hoping I could get some names from all of you.. Send me in a pm your screen id and your 1st name. Also send me ypur significant others id and name(make up an id if you have to) and your kids names or initials if you don;t want thier names for viewing. Even if they won't be at the meet I will make one for thier cruise with a picture on it appropriate for male or female when you send me thier initials or names. This way no one will be left out and they will have the buttons as a momento of the cruise.. Thanks James

Hi Bratray - I'd like to dress up in some way. I'll see what our local party supply has left over from Halloween or order something online. Wearing some capri's and bandanas are a good idea

I also used my disney visa and got rewards for it so a few more pina coladas for me LOL

I believe pirate night is the night we are in cozumel.
This used to be mexicali night.
I heard that people still dress tropical I already have tropical
I think it will be fun to have DS dress like a pirate

we are flying in the day before and are looking at staying at the best western cocoa beach- not really the most modern hotel but it is right on the beach & a minute walk to the cocoa beach pier where you can fish-( DH is a die hard fisherman)- so since we are using a car service we won't have any other way to get around once we are dropped at the hotel

we are almost at 100 days!!!

We're actually coming in on Thursday, May 5th since it was a better fare for us and we have reservations at the Comfort Inn at Cocoa Beach.

The night before we are staying at the Hyatt at MCO. I've always wanted to stay there, so...... We are staying at the Radisson at the Port the Saturday night we get off the ship. Hopefully they'll both be fun!

Wanted to give this thread another bump (I hate being on the second page )

In reference to Pirate Night... I talked to DH and he seemed willing to dress up, so I found several Pirate costumes at BuyCostumes.com I was thinking something simple like the shirt, pants, eye patch and bandana for the head. I was even thinking about picking up matching black shirts with skulls and just wearing those with shorts/capris, eye patch and bandana for our heads. I wouldn't want to embarress my kids

Whoo hoo... less than 100 days till we leave. I can't believe how quickly the time has gone by. My DD was amazed that on Feb 5th, we leave in 3 months!!!! Should have our taxes done in a few weeks and the trip should be paid off. It's almost time to make those excursion reservations too. I figure by March, I'll be packing (it's not like we'll be using those clothes this time of year anyways )
