According to Weather.com it should be raining in Alaska the next 10 days too.:sad2:

The bright side of this is how many times is the weather forcast RIGHT????:rotfl: Have a fabulous time!

Yes, Julie, I think you need to start packing reallllll soooooon. :rotfl:

I try thinking about packing but it never works you have to actually do it, anyway, so far every day is hot humid and sunny to 5pm/6pm, then heavy thunder and lightning, tonights is bad. But we did everything bar Fantasmic today and Toy Story mania three times, and the lines got to 130 mins with fastpasses gone by late morning.

Toy Story Mania is one of my new favorites. It still sounds like you are getting around quite a bit. What do you do at night when it is raining?

Hope you have a great time in Alaska!:thumbsup2

Sorry about the heavy rain but of course it is pretty typical in Orlando this time of year . . . we leave Friday morning and will be at the Hyatt Airport Friday night before heading to the Magic on Saturday . . .

I will have to think about packing soon!:rotfl:

Thanks Julie, and I get so excited about packing. It's part of the whole trip. Grab some bags, make some piles, have fun!:woohoo:

I'm sure we will still have a great time. I will just have a bunch of gray pictures. Maybe not so many eagle pictures either.:confused3
Oh and my packing is almost all done!:woohoo:

Sorry you missed Fantasmic but you are still there for quite a while so maybe you will catch it another night:flower3:

I will pack on Thursday -- really. When I pack too early I forget something important. :lmao: I have planned out mentally what I will wear each night . . .

We have had good luck with DCL excursions. I know they cost more, but it is quite easy. One of these years I am going to get brave and try something on our own.
I was very nervous when we went with non-DCL excursions on our last cruises, but they turned out great (plus saved a lot of money:goodvibes). There is definitely peace of mind when you stick with the DCL excursions. The only way I would go non-DCL is with an excursion company that someone I know has already used or been heavily documented and researched by someone I know. That was the case on our last PC repo cruise and those excursions turned out fantastic (thanks Julie/bellelinus btw;))
Also size of your party and budget makes a difference. If you can afford the DCL excurions and can relax more that way-then that would be the best plan for you:thumbsup2
You will have time to compare as the info for the excursions comes out in a few months (right Andrew?)

Two more days til we leave for Seattle. Then on North to Alaska!!!:cool1:
Can't wait to see the pics:cool1:

Animal kingdom Wednesday came back early as heavy rain guess Fantasmic is off
Hate when that happens:sad2:
Hope it clears up soon

I plan my packing for the week before with lists to make sure I have what I need, but I have to do the actual packing all at once the day before. If I spread it out over a few days I forget what I put in my bags and wind up with too much of some stuff and not enough of others:laughing:
3 deoderants and no band-aids:headache:

You are very welcome and I'm glad I didn't steer you wrong:rotfl2: I'm sure I won't do any DCL excursions on any of the European cruises but everyone has to do what is most comfortable for themselves.

That is totally why I wait until the last minute to pack! I actually packed in advance for the PC cruise last summer and forgot a toothbrush!:rotfl2: Before Robert chimes in with something ugly;) I will say that our hotel when we first got to California was able to bring up a toothbrush:goodvibes

Tomorrow night Bob and I will have dinner in Seattle with Carolyn and Andrew!!:banana::yay::banana:
Yes we will! (and the girls too) We're having a mini-DIS meet! WOO HOO!!!!!
And then Sunday we are having lunch with the family we shared a table with on the REPO cruise last year. They only live about an hour from us, but this is the first time we are getting together again.

Give them my regards -- we had tables right next to each other for 15 nights last year on the EB PC cruise:thumbsup2:thumbsup2:thumbsup2
We sure did! :)
Do you know a year ago today we were in Cartagana? I loved that city!

Julie have a good cruise, book an Hawaii one when your on the ship!!!;)

Thank you -- I will in fact book a "dummy" cruise and then see what they release for 2011!:goodvibes:goodvibes:goodvibes

We sure did! :)

The toothbrush has got to be the most common forgotten item because just about every hotel provides extras:thumbsup2

Lucky you:thumbsup2
Take pics so we can all be jealous;)

We loved the buildings and such there, but the aggressiveness of the locals was a bit too much for us. Fortaleza, Brazil wasn't bad at all. 2-3 "No's" and they leave you alone. DH and I haven't traveled much (we're working on changing that) so we're not used to the sales pressure in Cartagena.

I love our pics from Cartagena:goodvibes
