Paul and I went to do a bit of shopping yesterday you should have seen the mall, it was heaving "credit crunch !!! what credit crunch ???"

Yes busy and queues everywhere the only cut backs are on the staff serving.

This is all so very true. Tons of people shopping AND buying and hardly anyone to help on the floor and long check out lines.

Just back from the rink & my son has been invited to play hockey for the Varsity High School team!!
We only had to go through a week of tryouts! It is like getting a root canal for a week!

Yes, we tried to bring Mickey to the Mall when they were offering Pets with Santa. He was taken from our back yard last year and even with a microchip we have not been able to find him. I guess whoever took him wanted him and thought they deserved him.

GOOD MORNING AND AFTERNOON BALLYHOOERS!!!!!!!​

This is going to be a crazy week. The girls have either a show or practice every afternoon or evening this week including Saturday and next Monday. Next Monday will be interesting. They both have concerts at school at the same time, just different schools. Andrew and I are going to have clone ourselves to both see them.

Well all I can say is.........savor it all! Our kids just grew up this year and despite how hard it was to keep up with everything..........you never really think it's going to end...........so........ENJOY!!!

That is heart breaking . . . our dogs are really like family members, so I just can't imagine how that would be.




We walked past it yesterday afternoon going from seeing a new baby at a friend's apartment and on the way to see "13" on B'way . . . It's always great! We ended up walking around it and I remembered last year when we had our NYC Dismeet and took a picture at the "back" side of the tree . . .

Yes, I'll never forget...............THE CHARMIN TOILET!!

Morning All,

Sorry I didn't get around to posting over the weekend ...... just wasn't in the mood really

Friday Josh and I spent our usually weekly night trip to Cheder and back and then at 9pm I decided that we needed to get out our decorations., so we put out the two trees.

Saturday morning Ethan went to football training and then after lunch the boys and I finished the decorating. I had a little nap in the afternoon once Paul came home from work.

Sunday round north london to drop the boys at cheder and then Paul and I did a little grocery shopping and tried to find the last few prezzies and then home.

So nothing much happened really which is just as well as the next few weekend a absolutely manic.

Morning all! Still alive and kicking! Hoping things are settling down. DD's choir concert was last Wed and of course they did a great job. The ensemble sang at an anniversary mass the Sun after Thanksgiving at a very pretty church. I even got to go up to the choir loft! The choir is having a pizza party today and no more practice till Jan 7th.

Most holiday stuff is done, just wrapping and getting my boxs ready to send out. Still working on Christmas cards!

Oh and we got snow! Only about 1-2", and not very good packing snow, so no snowmen yet. We did shovel, because we have a very picky postal carrier and I don't want to get her any cause to not deliver the mail!

Hope everyone is good. Now I will try to ketchup some.

Honestly, where I was on Sunday, the crowds were very light, much lighter than the week before........I'm sure it will get worse from now on , but it really wasn't too busy yesterday?? And, the sales were crazy good, it was kinda creepy (in a really good way! )

Well, I messed up tonight and ended up in tears. I got the girls performance location mixed up tonight and had them at the place they were supposed to be going on Thursday night. Luckily I was able to get them to the right place on time, but I still felt terrible. Andrew and the girls both told me it was an accident and it was all right, but I still cried a little.

Okay in the US we have High School 4 years before college, Grades 9,10,11,12 Freshman, Sophmore, Junior, Senior (College is the same).

Ice Hockey is like soccer (Football to you) So you have Forwards 3 per line and Defense 2.

So of Allen's Sophmore class 2 students made the team as forwards & I think 1 student on Defense. The Team consists of 20 players.

How did I do in my explanation?
