the demo has started and the sad little house is looking really sad now

but the good news is that they haven't found too much mold on the studs and doesn't look like any water/mold damage past 4 feet up from the floor

Well here is Oct and nothing has been done to the house to put it back, they just now got the mold quantity report and hopefully that will be cleaned up

However, I have ordered my new kitchen cabints, countertop, carpet and flooring for bathroom and furance room

Still have to order a ton more stuff but felt good with what I have picked out so far

There are still some little things that need to be done, have stuff still on order from contractor.
