Hi everyone,
Today we dropped our down payments off at the travel agent.

All 60 of us are going on the Disney Cruise!!!!

Since we've always rented a car, or drove down to WDW I don't know what to do in this situation. I've also Always done all the planning for our vacations. This time we're using a travel agent and she seems very nice and knowledgeable; however, I like to do some of my own investigating.

Our 7 day land and sea vacation starts on a Thursday, but we all want to go down on Wednesday to settle in and make sure that on Thursday morning we're all set to go and hit the parks early.
However, I do not know what company(s) to look into as far as transportation goes to take 60 of us from the airport onto WDW property, to the Carribean Beach Resort.

I'm looking around and I see a lot of limo companies with 10 passenger vans, but is there any company out there that will pick up large groups in a bus, besides the tour operator for the Disney cruise?

Any suggestions are appreciated and I will look into all of them.
Thanks!!!

Try Mears...or Greyhound;);)

Have Fun!!!

Do a search for a charter bus company. I know many have smaller buses in their fleet.

I have used Coach America for charter buses and they do a good job. The buses are new and clean. I know they are in the Orlando Market.

You may need two buses. I believe the capacity is around 45.

The Orlando area has hundreds of charter coach companies that can meet your transportation needs.

A standard 40ft coach has around 45-47 seats. A standard 45ft coach will have 55-57 seats. There are some coaches out there that can hold 60-62pax, but at the sacrifice of some legroom.

One such company that I know of that has a 62pax coach is Atlas Motor Coaches. www.atlasmc.com is thier website.

I think Dream Coach also has a 60pax coach. www.transportation-orlando.com is thier website.

Another alternative of course is a coach, plus a van. Some other companies that have 57pax coaches:
www.expresstransportation.com
www.btmtravel.com
www.mearstransportation.com (also the operator for the Disney Cruise Line)

There are TONS of other companies in the area... some better than others... some cheaper than others. I've never used any of these companies, but I do know that these particular companies run late model coaches that are kept in very nice shape.
