The formosa gardens home will be bigger, but it depends on what you need.
The formosa home is located on the corner of Sleeping Dragon and Sea Pearl Circle. It is not located around the lake, but it is in a good location.

I do not know Emerald Island at all, so cannot really comment on that one.

Acadia Estates isn't THE closest to Disney, it is one of the closest to Disney. Formosa Gardens Estates is directly across from it (closer to Disney) and Oak Island Cove and Harbour is beside it. Windsor Hills would be about the same distance except it's from the other direction. There's only a minute difference between any of the subdivisions in the Formosa Gardens area: Em. Is, Indian Creek, Rolling Hills, Windsor Palms, and Hills, Oak Island Cove, Ac Est.

Hi looked at both the villas,they look quite similar but i thought the Formosa villa looks bigger
If it was my choice i would stay at Formosa but thats because we haven't yet stayed there,wanted to but the villas we like that are located there are always a lot higher priced than other villas on different communities

Sorry, if that sounded a little harsh, it wasn't meant to be. But I've often wondered how they can put statements like that in when there is actually other subdivisions that are as close, if not closer.
We stayed in Lindfields back in 1995 or 96 and used Funie Steed Rd a lot. Back then the only subdivision through there was Sunset Lakes which was just being built. The rest of the land was deserted orange groves. I bet the owner of those orange groves has retired on what he made on that land.
Even got to go to Splendid China when it first opened. It's a shame that it's all in ruins now. It was a nice, interesting and relaxing park but it couldn't stand up to the competition in Orlando, somewhere else maybe.

I like the one in Formosa Gardens also. The homes there seem to have a grander , more expensive look.

If the owner of the formosa gardens home doesn't come back to you, then if you are still interested in renting at Formosa, then please consider the 7 bedroom home at www.ov4u.com. I do know the owners and the M/C are close friends of ours and it looks to be in the same kind of price range of the one your looking at.

I have checked all the other places I know within formosa gardens and they are already booked for your dates.

We just stayed in this house at Emerald Islands 3 weeks ago, and the house absolutely wonderful and would definitely recommend it. The bedroom arrangement is just what you're looking for and you can contact the owner directly.
