5 in a 1BR - Newbie question

I know this is possible in AKL and is 4 to a room (everyone over 3 yrs) in other resorts. I understand that many use an air matress or aerobed in the other resorts but do you reserve with 4 on the reservation or 5.?

This is going to be shut down by the moderators SOON!! So, I'm hoping to reply before the lock it. When you call MS, simply give the 5 names for on their records. If they put the names on, you're good to go - if there's a problem, they'll tell you. We've done it with absolutely no problems, and it was actually quite comfortable. Enjoy your trip!!

When we joined DVC in June of this year we asked that question. We have 5 people and decided only on 160 points. We were told no problem with 5 in a 1 bedroom. They will not supply extra bedding or towels. But that is fine with after fitting 5 at Port Orleans Riverside this will be easy. When we made our reso. they asked for all names when I gave them all 5 they said no problem. I have tried to book a 1 bedroom before joining DVC and they would not allow it. But as a member it is fine. I hope this helps.

I can't remember which board I read it on, but I recall a recent thread that MS is now officially allowing 5 in a 1 Bedroom -- even the ones that don't have the sleeper chair. I don't know if it's just a rumor though.
