Well, it took us about a month, but we're finally ready to start our dining review from our recent trip to Walt Disney World. We visited from December 10th through December 18th. We were on the Deluxe Dining Plan, so we ate far too much food, but it was worth it. Besides, everyone knows that calories don't count while you're on vacation, right?!

First, a little background on us.

On the left: That's me! I'm Alan. I'm 26.
On the right: That's my girlfriend/fiance (depending on day of the trip). Her name is Blair and she is 25.

We're both fairly open to trying new types of food and neither of us are particularly picky eaters.

Our dining schedule was:

Thursday December 11th: Lunch - Tutto Italia in Epcot
Thursday December 11th: Dinner - Les Chefs de France in Epcot
Friday December 12th: Lunch - Liberty Tree Tavern in The Magic Kingdom
Friday December 12th: Dinner - The Wave at The Contemporary Resort
Saturday December 13th: Lunch - Yak and Yeti in The Animal Kingdom
Saturday December 13th: Dinner - Yachtsman Steakhouse at The Yacht Club
Sunday December 14th: Lunch - Mama Melrose's in Hollywood Studios
Sunday December 14th: Dinner - Narcoossee's at The Grand Floridian
Monday December 15th: Breakfast - Kona at The Polynesian

We've got awhile before we go and are planning on going to a lot of the same places. Looking forward to your reviews!

We had lunch reservations at Tutto Italia in Epcot for 11:30. We arrived a few minutes before this and we were taken to our table immediately.

When we sat down, we were given a bread basket with some olive oil for dipping.

Appetizers: Blair ordered the fresh mozzarella with vine ripened tomatoes, basil and Tuscan olive oil.

I ordered the calamari fritti with spicy marinara sauce.

Entrees: Blair ordered spaghetti with veal meatballs and pomodoro sauce.

I ordered the farfalle with Italian prosciutto, peas and a parmesan cream sauce.

Desserts: Blair ordered copetta sotto bosco with berries, zabaglione cream gelato and chocolate sauce.

I ordered the cannoli filled with sweet ricotta, chocolate and candied orange.

We really enjoyed the restaurant. On our previous trip, we ate at Alfredo's and we enjoyed that, but we would pick Tutto over Alfredo's any day. Everything was very good. Blair loved the mozzarella appetizer. My calamari was very tender which can be tough to do when you're working with squid. The spaghetti was spaghetti, but she did really enjoy the veal meatballs. The pasta dish that I had was very rich but it was excellent and I polished the whole thing off. Her berry dessert was "amazing" in her words. It was her favorite dessert of the entire trip. My cannoli was a cannoli. It was good, but I wouldn't write home about it.

Bread Basket: free
2 Soft Drinks: $6.00
Mozzarella: $12.00
Calamari: $13.00
Spaghetti: $19.00
Farfalle: $19.00
Berry Dessert: $14.00
Cannoli: $6.50

Total: $95.32 without tip
Deluxe Dining Plan Credits: 2

Had we been paying out of pocket, this would have been WAAAY out of our lunchtime price range, but the dining plan made it affordable and we're glad we had it, because this was a great first meal for our trip!

Next report: Les Chefs de France!

I am enjoying your review so far...please add more I love to see pictures of food!!!

I forgot to add while it looks yummy they have some nerve charging $12.00 Mozzarella!!!!!!!!!!!

Tutto's is so good. Thanks for the pictures and I personally think the mozzarella is totally worth it. The portion is huge.

Looking forward to your reviews! I love that you did the cost analysis. I am completely OCD about making sure we get our money's worth so I love seeing the numbers! It sounds like you proposed while there, please include details I love the WDW proposals! My fiance surprised me with one and made our trip so much more magical.
