5 Days, 4 Parks, 3 DIS-meets, 2 ADR’s, and 1 Solo DISer! Done! Finished! Completed!!

Sounds good!

2012 BABY...:cool1:

Ok to the MK picture essay...

first I love the castle at night..thanks for the great pic's...just had a bad UGH moment and that helped.

and I saw like 6 things I have never seen before and my old stroller was w/ those ladies eating ;) no we gave it to friends who just had their 5th little one.

Margaret will be going in a deluxe umbrella stroller this trip...oh boy can't wait..smaller, bad canapy, not alot of storage, one wheel is funky, think Matt backed his car into it...can you tell I am excited....

but at 4 yes she needs the stroller but doesn't need the landrover model anymore...

we will make her love her umbrella stroller by Nov.

sorry to overtake your TR...I am trying to delay making dinner as long as humanly possible...

Scrappie

I never noticed that crocodile weather vane before. Super cute!

I have been very pleased with our camera. It is a Canon Powershot.

The fantasyland pics are great. I tried to do the same thing, for the same reason when I was there in Dec. I had mixed results. Lots of Toontown pics, not so many of the fantasyland stuff.

Using your photo gallery, someone could seriously make a really fun scavenger hunt!! you did a great job on finding the little details!

POS?? That's a hard one. MIne is only OK, wouldn't really recommend it.

I love the FL pics...it is a poor use of space and where it isn't, crazy congested, I really hope that all improves.
FL at Disneyland is so much better!

Great pix...I like the one of the grass roof on the small hut. I have no idea where that is...don't tell me. I want to figure it out the next time I'm there...in 2 years.
OK, I won't tell you where it is.....but would it be OK if I showed you where it is?

Sounds like you need to buy a new cheap umbrella stroller and throw it in that Disney box of yours!

I think that weather vane is atop Peter Pan's Flight.

Thanks for the camera recomm.

Same with me! Remember the 700 pictures I got of Goofy's Barnstormer ride?

Feel free to make that your next game!!

I hope to get an update up today.....then it's the last day of my trip....

My only real plan for the night was the Wishes Dessert Party. My great table mojo continued as I was seated at a small table by myself ---front row….just about dead center of the terrace. Here’s my review…lol…I think I paid $26. Having a great view and a seat for Wishes was worth $20 and the desserts were worth $6. And they had this yummy lemonade-raspberry drink that I found so refreshing that night I think I had 5 glasses of it!

Oh and having a railing to put my point and shoot camera on to get some fireworks pictures….priceless! (Jen and Paula were at the party as well and I know they got some incredible shots of the castle and fireworks!)

Earlier in the night I broke down and got DD (Danica) a baby Tink doll. Then I realized that I needed to get a plush for DS (Liam) so I was now in search of Stitch plush. Now you would think finding merchandise of Stitch would be easy since he has his own attraction and they tried that outside show with him in the spring….nope hardly anything. It took me until the next day at a really odd location to find the medium sized Stitch plush.

This is the big gift shop in ToonTown.

The wait for the bus from MK to the resort was the longest of the weekend. I entered the que at the very end of the corral and it took 4 buses to get on one, but they did have to load ECV’s twice so that was part of the hold up. So a bus marked AS Sports shows up in our que (the All Star resorts each get their own que for leaving MK) Multiple people confirmed with him that he knew we were going to MUSIC. Even a CM chatted with him about taking us to MUSIC. Do you see where this is going? The Bus Drive with the short attention span cruised right past MUSIC to drop us off at MOVIES. Now I could sort of understand if he went to Sports first because that was supposed to be his route for the night, but MOVIES? I think when you saw the sign for MUSIC you would remember the 10 conversations that you just had about going to MUSIC. Rant over.

The next day my ME bus would be picking me up at 3pm….would I do any of the things I had planned for the day or would I wing it???

Love the FantasyLand pics! I have never been in that part of the park at dusk/after dark, so I loved seeing your pictures!

I'll say... great pictures!

Its great that the desserts come in bite-sizes so you can sample a little of this and a little of that!

ME tomorrow?? Waaaagh!!

Kathy

Those desserts look fabulous! I find the merch to be odd at times at Disney. things I think would be easy to find are non existent and other things that I can't figure out who would buy...tons of.

Great pictures as usual, the fireworks shots seem pretty good for a point and shoot!

Your pictures make me want to surprise Bill with the MK dessert party, I know he would love it. We used to sit there every once and a while for the fireworks before Disney realized they could charge for people being up there.

I loved your Laugh Floor factory pictures. We really enjoy that show. The mosiac pictures were great and I loved the night shots of MK, I miss it so much.

That bus driver would have aggravated me. Why did he confirm then ignore? GRRR I am mad for you.

I think you did some of the things planned but not all.

:lmao:

nice one...

I love this one...this may be another Heidi lift in a Scrappie scrap-album :thumbsup2

Oh no this trip is almost over...say it's not so. sad :sad2:

Loving this update, Heidi!! I could eat plates and plates of those desserts; in fact, if I did a dessert buffet, I might have skipped dinner altogether! :cloud9:

I love your mosaic shots- so pretty! That's on my list too.

But my favorite pic is the one of Walt and Mickey's backs and the castle. Clever perspective! :thumbsup2

The desserts look delish! I wonder if the dessert party will continue in August :confused3

I think they started again in March.

Those deserts are making me hungry!

Why does Disney food always look so yummy??

I'll say... great pictures!

Its great that the desserts come in bite-sizes so you can sample a little of this and a little of that!

Kathy

If I remember correctly all of the desserts were singles.

Those desserts look scrumptious!

I only wished they tasted as good as they looked!.

Great pictures as usual, the fireworks shots seem pretty good for a point and shoot!
I took a lot of them....LOL....law of averages I guess! But a steady railing helped a lot.

I loved your Laugh Floor factory pictures. We really enjoy that show. The mosiac pictures were great and I loved the night shots of MK, I miss it so much.

We got to see Laugh Floor when it was still in testing mode...(Mike W was not the host originally)....so it holds a special spot in my heart....awwwwww...

This picture is gorgeous!! :worship:
Thank you!

Maybe a very late lunch instead of dinner if you gorge on sugar at night!

I love the Mickey/Walt shot too...next time I want to get the lighting better for it.
