I'm so behind in breaking out the suitcases...going to have to soon..We close on our house on the 12th and leave the 30th. Luckily we will have about a month to move when we get back...but still...crazy!

I can't believe how close we are getting. I am almost done with my FE gifts. Now I need to put together my FE so we can actually receive something. I am going to Disneyland the Wednesday before we sail so will look for something magical there. I fell off the workout but the rest of the family has been great. I will get to the gym today, I will get to the gym today. Maybe if I say it enough I will annoy myself and get there.

Hi Everyone!

Is anyone flying into Seattle??? I want to get a copy of the Destinations Alaska! Coupon book...but if I mail away for it, 1. I have to pay $5.00 and 2. I just read the website and it says it will come in 2-4 weeks... Apparently, they only have them in the Seattle airport for FREE! Would anyone flying into that airport being willing to pick one up for me and either stick it in my FE or shove it under my door (prefer the shove method...just so that it doesn't swim away!)

While in Ketchikan, the girls still want to go to the Disney Exclusive Enhanced Lumberjack Show. With such a short stop in Ketchikan we just can't make it work. I think they just want to see what an enhanced lumberjack looks like.

I'm so totally jealous! (However, we haven't gone out to get the mail today...we both got home late and it was lightening out...I know...I know...I'm a big wimp!)

I have cried every day since Wednesday as on that day I had to cancel my cruise per doctor's orders. Thanks to everyone who posted that they were thinking of me. It means a lot. I hate that my family will not be on this cruise but am delighted to see that several things that I had reserved were rebooked by fellow dissers.

Chaus, I had the second night on Palo booked so I know that ADR that you booked must have been mine. I am so happy that you got it! Have a great meal and a drink for me please. I will miss eating at Palo.

Anjelica, my family was booked on the Exclusive Dog Musher for a day and that shore excursion was canceled on Wednesday evening. I noticed that you booked your family on that excursion on Thursday. I feel sure that was our reservation so I am so happy that you and your family got it. It will be an experience of a lifetime. Please enjoy it for me!

Knowing that fellow dissers are enjoying these things really helps lessens the pain of not being able to go. I will think of all of you while you are on your cruise!

The latest FE list is on page 36 in this thread. I think we have 23 cabins. People can do as much or as little as they want. People pass things out at different times so you may receive several things a day or I guess nothing depending on when every wants to pass out gifts. I am only doing one thing but considering another. There are some great ideas for things on the main DCL board. I have never done this before but those who have seem to really enjoy it.

In the past for FEs we gave one item per stateroom. Items that we have received include, pens, pencils, calendars, goody bags with candy, small door magnets, and some incredible hand made miniature scrapbook items that I can see sitting on our bookshelf.

FEs should not significantly add to the cost of your trip. I'm afraid some are over estimating the cost. We have seen small one serving size M&Ms with a sticker that cost .25 to custom calendars that cost several dollars.

Only when we participated in Secret Mickeys did we give multiple items on multiple days but to only one person.
