I believe the Wonder is now on the way to Alaska. It is getting so close.

Thank goodness! At least we will know what to expect when this group comes back!!! (pirate night or not? when will formal nights be? etc)

Hi, so excited to come across this forum. This will be our first disney cruise and we will be travelling with my 3.5 yr old DD and 2 yr old DS. Never heard of the term FE until i started reading some of the posts. It sounds so much fun. Please count us in.

Cabin 6605 -2 adults and 2 kids. second dining.

Any recommendations on shore excursions with two little ones?

I am wondering when we are cutting off FE. I made extras so I am good to go but if we get a few more I will need to get some more stuff.

I thought I read that the cut-off for the FE was May 1.

Welcome aboard Slam C... We are taking our DD8 and DS3 (seems so weird to say 3 now... He just turned 3 on Tues). We do a lot of boating in the summer, so we opted for the whale watching trip as one of our excursions, because we know he does well on a boat. We also did the White Pass train because he likes trains.

Also, as far a a group pic I'm in... Have we got a meet set up? The last time I participated in a meet group, we used the private deck at the front of deck 7... (I think it's where the do weddings sometimes)... Just let me know when and where.

Hopefully she will sleep? Phernegan??? Really hope it goes well with your little one. We're going with Virgin Australia via LA - they do have individual screens thank God - but it means having to transfer (to a different airline, Westjet) at LAX

My little night owl is immune to most sleep inducers lol, but I finally bought an iPad this week so hopefully that will keep her busy. The AVOD on V Australia is awesome Sue - jealous! We had international to domestic transfers at LAX earlier in the year, and surprisingly it went quite smoothy...not the nightmare that I've heard about, so hopefully you guys will be okay

Disneyfalcon, I'm terribly sorry, but I just realized I joined the wrong discussion forum! Our cruise will depart on the 24th instead of the 31st. (I must be overly excited last night and clicked on the wrong date for my ship.)

Please remove my cabin 6605 from the FE list. And now, I'm sure I've already passed the FE exhchange cutoff date for my cruise...

It is so exciting. There are 2 families from our December cruise who are on her right now. Can't wait to hear the first report from the 1st Disney Cruise to Alaska! It's very exciting indeed. We leave 4 weeks from today.

Anytime during the cruise. It's fun to walk around the ship placing FEs at each door. It's also fun to come home (to the stateroom) and find FEs at different times throughout the cruise.

Thanks to everyone for all of the support you have been giving us since we had to cancel our cruise. I am feeling better now so I thought I would come on and say hi. My doctor wouldn't let me go to Alaska because he didn't want me to have a possibility of an emergency situation on the high seas where I would have to be air lifted to Anchorage. He is letting me go to Disney World. I have been busy planning that trip. We are going swimming with dolphins and manatees so it does promise to be exciting. We were able to get all of our money back except for $395. The majority of $395 is for airfare but we won't have to buy airfare next year so I don't feel that bad about it. We were fortunate to work with a manager who had a heart and was a Christian!!!! One of the shore excursion companies I worked with for the benefit of all cruisers is sending me a care package which I know will include a DVD of their excursion. They were really sorry to hear I wouldn't be coming. I do face surgery after the trip to Disney World but I can make it through that ordeal. We are thinking about our trip for 2012. We are hoping to go on a Disney Cruise to Alaska (The days on shore will be shorter which I don't like but at least I will get to see Alaska) and to Hawaii. We would see the 49th and 50th state in the same year that would be exciting. Again thanks for everyone's support. Have a great cruise!
