Angie and Karen. before the YFB message boards were defunct ant mycoupons.com, some posters had tried this place and had very good things to say about it. I wish there was one near me, I could really use something like that. We eat out WAY to much.

You go assemble you dinners at this place (no prep work, no cutting, no clean up) and then bring them home and freeze them.

My biggest problem is forgetting to take something out for dinner in the AM before leaving for work... so even if it was assembled, it would STILL be frozen solid at dinner time. Tonight, I chiseled hot dogs apart (can you guess that Ray is working late????), and defrosted rolls in the microwave... mmm- now THERE's a healthy dinner. (My kids usually ask for pancakes when he's not home... they know how much I LOVE to cook...)

Hot dogs and salad, a perfect dinner to me. I usually have hot dogs if DM is not home since they have so much salt. She will be with my sister this weekend so I will take some out of the freezer. Thanks for the idea!

But somehow, hotdogs before my Pilates workout seem to defeat the purpose of trying to be healthy!!!! Oh well... I had a great salad for my lunch meeting... when I REALLLY wanted the fattening homemade beef stew over mashed potatoes, with homemade bread... THAT took willpower that I didn't know I had!

OH MY. A friend told me about this today at swim, gym and art and I'm going to try it. You go assemble you dinners at this place (no prep work, no cutting, no clean up) and then bring them home and freeze them. For about $200 you get 12 entrees (although we'd get more than that b/c one entree feeds 4-6 adults and no way the kids would eat that much so I'd split them in 2 and end up with 24.) You can pick your meals from a menu that changes monthly and most stuff looks pretty darn good (better than I'm cooking at home!) It takes about 2-2.5 hours to go through the process.

stacey...not that you NEED help, but you're always complaining about making dinner and they DO have one in Phoenix!
putting this on the other thread too!

Yea, I am going to stir the pot, announcing that right up front.
I checked out the website. That's a great idea for you stay at home moms who don't have the time to cook like the working moms! LOL :earseek: :earseek:

Yes, Sharon is not home and I have had a glass of wine or two.

Wait...I got more....OhioMinnie, will you bring some of that "homecooked" food with you to Florida so we can try it? They don't have a Florida location.

BTW - Sharon will be home soon so I won't be able to have any more fun.

More Wine.......

Hmm... does she KNOW that you think she stifles your fun... not that she reads the boards or anything...

I actually do know better, but I just could not help myself. I figure this group knows me well enough to forgive me! Not like the carafe thread.

Tonight we had stuff pork tenderloin which I preped last night. It was stuff with roasted peppers, artachock hearts, spinach, prosuto, cheese. I had a great time making it last night. Tonight we topped it with hunter sauce with a side of aspargus.

Did that have that at the dinner place?

Sharon and I were actually talking about that this morning. Glad to hear you are booking. It is always a good idea to have a cruise booked knowing you can always cancel!!

The tenderloin sounds good. Diana just put one in the oven too, except ours is stuffed with more pork......

I agree. What the heck. Sure can hurt anything. We're doing the 10 day. What should I look for(room wise)?

For those of you that haven't been acquainted with Jim for a while...

Just ignore him when he gets like this. It's for the best.

Welcome, Cary. The more the merrier! Will you be with the first or second seating group?
