That's so NOT fair. That's 2 days before we leave. Are you doing Disney before the cruise? We're going to Sea World (Military are free!) and to Ron Jon's Resort. Of course JBs for dinner on Friday, and then off to the MAGIC!!!!!!!

We are currently in Wichita, KS. This summer we're moving to Maxwell AFB in Montgomery, AL. Rob's been in for 17 years and we love it. Last summer he was in Iraq and it's has some normal job complaints, but we've been very happy so far.

Now, I graduated from Clemson. My sisters live in Lexington and Hartsville. So, someday I'd like to get back there. Where are you in SC?

Sorry!! Yep, we're off to Disney Beach Club Villas for a couple of days, then over to Vero Beach for the rest of the week. Alicia and I are diving in Jupiter Beach on Thursday so our gear will still be wet by the time we board the ship!!!

The same job that Rob has here was open at Charleston when Rob got this job in Wichita. Lucky us, we got Wichita. After our last crusie we drove to Daniel's Island to spend 4th of July with my college best friend. I hope that we can get back to see them soon!

Ok, next dumb question....how do you marinate the mozarella?

Or did I do a bad thing and use shredded mozzarella from Kroger??

I bought it that way, it was easy. It was vacuum shrink wrapped with olive oil and seasonings. Shredded mozarella works just fine, there's plenty of seasoning in the bruschetta.
