Thanks for the recipe book, Coachpug. I know my recipes weren't anything fancy like the others, but I thought they'd at least make the final cut. :( :(

I will be resending, I had 2 versions and sent the wrong one out, realized it after the fact, don't worry yours made the cut

You'll be able to tell who I am as the roll me onboard on the strecher...
Sounds like fun......NOT!!

Be careful! Don't over do!

Our first Disney cruise I had a hurt back and it wasn't fun. Well, maybe more fun than a hurt back at home.......

Wow. I'm really surprised that it didn't come in a box, or some sort of shipping bag. Hmmm.... your mailman must know you well to get that to you with no other information than "EDDY" on it. :)
We are on a first name basis...... :rotfl2: :lmao:

Yikes... Sounds like you have a LOT going on! But just think... In just a little over two weeks, you'll be with all of us! (OK, so that may make you panice a bit... sorry...)

Thank goodness I'm not cooking Eddy style! Cousin Eddy, that is! :lmao:

What does "pane bread" look like? Loaf? Round? In the fresh bakery area? Bagged up and on the shelves?

Round, looks like a sourdough loaf. Not sour though, kind of chewy. Really good bread, sorry Jim.

Ray, got the recipes. Thanks!

Aubrey also doesn't like tomato stuff but maybe I will try this one of these days with no stinking recipe!!!
What cheese did you use???

No Stinkin' Recipe Bruschetta: buy Pane' or Panetta bread, slice it real thin, top with mozarella (marinated mozarella is REALLY good), then with bottled Bruschetta (they sell it everywhere now); broil until the cheese is melted and the bread starts to brown. Eat. (Scuba Jim suggests toasting the bread first. Bruschetta is available in many different flavors, tomato with a variety of spices, artichoke, olive.)

That reminds me, I told Kevin to send Ray his recipe for Posole Stew. He's famous for his stew. But he said he doesn't use a recipe, so he couldn't.

Thanks for the well wishes. The pressure's on, but, I think once this is all done things will be in a better setup than what we actually had before. The trailers were from the 60's so you can guess how good their condition really was. I had planned on getting rid of them at a near future point anyhow. I just had to move a lot of plans up to now to get this done. The one thing that is getting an upgrade is the parking lot. the old lot was just gravel/limestone. The new lot, using what extra property we have left, once we clear everything, will be fully paved. And we'll have gotten rid of a lto of things and done some cleanup that really did need to get done anyhow, just a bit more rushed than we would have wanted to.

Hey y'all!

I tried to be creative tonight. This is what I came up with. What do you think?

Anyone else shocked by the AI results tonight?

They are great! I'd let my kids decide or print both and switch out during the cruise!

Before I go, I must add a thank you to Fran for telling me to add the TWICE to the door sign. I liked that idea.

Ok, next dumb question....how do you marinate the mozarella?

Or did I do a bad thing and use shredded mozzarella from Kroger??
