But they don't make bread big enough to FULLY cover the square mold....so they don't seal nicely. With the round, the bread covers the whole mold and seals very nicely. Sure, you have to cut off the very crust of it, but I'd rather have nice sealing than not waste bread.
You should see me when I buy "pie mold bread." Nothing can touch it in the cart. I'm a crazy woman at the check out making sure no one manhandles it or puts it in a bag with something that will squish it. I bring it in the house very very carefully---like I'm carrying a fragile crystal or something. I don't like ANYTHING to squish my pie mold bread.
Hey, we all have our priorites.![]()

CajunGirl2 said:Hey Stacey,
I saw that you posted to one of the jewelry threads on the main board. Question for you ... there must have been a thread recently that had a link that I followed. I thought it was about Carribean topaz but now can't find it. Anyway, the stones that I saw on the website were not solid in color, they almost had a rainbow effect. Do you know what stone that would be? I thought it was really pretty.
Nevermind ... found it. I guess these are lab created. Does anyone know?

Hey...look for us, we'll be on the 1st base side almost near the foul pole on the upper deck. Yeah, we're bringing the binoculars. No doubt...hopefully it will go our way tonight. My DS, AJ has his "lucky" underwear and socks on today. Says he has to keep them on for 2 days. P-U!!!!

justmestace said:Caribbean topaz, or Rainbow topaz are all heat-treated. The only natural topaz are brown, yellow, and golden. Blue topaz is also heat-treated. There's a difference between "created" and treated. A created stone is basically a "fake" from the get-go. A treated stone is a natural stone, but enhanced for color by a process, usually heat. If you think about it, all natural diamonds are "treated".
I guess that didn't come out right. The Caribbean and rainbow topaz are REAL, they were just heated to bring out the colors.
I think they're really pretty, and they are very affordable!
