Best cold weather bird exhibit I've ever seen! Every time we go there we will take the non moving path and just hang out and watch them for a bit. The last time, they were all just roosting above the water so we waited and waited... nada. Just about the time we'd decided to leave, the keeper came out a hidden door and asked if we'd like to get a closer look. He took us inside the exhibit, behind a big rock where if we reached out we could have touched them! It's not as cold in there as you would think, and the call you hear them make outside is MUCH louder in person. It made our day entirely.

When I left for Curves is was sunny and chilly. By the time I got there it was grey, snowing and COLD! Now sunny and windy out here.

It's Spring-y here. Best time of year, spring and fall. Too bad they only last for a couple of weeks. Very soon, it will get HOT.

Is it time to start thinking about packing? Maybe I can get the kid started, she's the slow one. We have one day between dance recital and leaving for FL. That will be a hectic day!

That's a great picture. I can't wait. We've paid for the extra 'behind the scenes' tour. We're all looking forward to that. Thought about Discovery Cove, but since DH doesn't swim, we didn't know if it would work for us as a family.

It's going to be in the 60's and sunny here today before the weather turns nasty again tomorrow.

I get to leave work early today. We're all going for our Hep A shots, except for me. I get to have both the Hep and and B. At least I'll get to enjoy some of this nice weather afterwards. DS has been stressing out about having to get a shot, and I've been ignoring him.
