In true medical malpractice logic he says "I think Mary will be fine, but I don't want to get blamed if she DOES get something" :lmao: :lmao: He also added "I wouldn't be eating anything from a street vendor." :lmao: :lmao:

great, now only 7 more posts until profoundness needs to kick in.
That reminds of the time I ate a Balut after a night on the town in Subic Bay, Philippines, during a Navy tour. It wasn't terrible, a little crunchy "tasted like chicken"

of course, it was after a night on the town......... :confused3

I know for most of the people on this board it is a very old milestone, but I noticed I just made Mouseketeer. :cheer2: :woohoo:

Gee thanks for the extra highlight. No eating from vendors, no getting it on with the locals, no havesting shellfish. Got it! Thanks Mike :thumbsup2

The HEP B is first one, second one 1 month later, third one 3 months later. The HEP A is first one, then second one 6 months later. Dr. wasn't concerned that we'd only have 1/2 the HEP A done. We wouldn't bother, except that we're going to do the tour with Ivan and David with the lunch at the Mayan village after. If we were on a DCL tour we wouldn't worry, either. But better safe than sorry. And we do want that Mayan Experience.

That's what we had to do...I don't remember if it was Jay and I..or the kids. I doubt it was the kids, because they had to have all those shots to stay in school...it's the law here.
Anyway, we only had one or two of the shots in a series, but the doc said that was okay, as long as we definitely finished when we got back.

That's what our doctor said too....if we were cruising, and likely to eat only ship's food, then we really could get by w/o them and be perfectly fine. But Jay & I do sometimes eat the local food, and when we got one of the shots, we were staying on an island, so we had no choice but to eat the local food. And besides, I'm a chicken.

Hi all -- just checking in. Finally got everything done around the house, got me packed, got Ashley packed, got all the laundry done, etc. etc. I am wiped, but having a hard time going to sleep. I have the alarm set for 4:45 and want to leave the house by 6 for the airport. My flight leaves at 7:45. I will check in and report from WDW. Weather looks like it will be great. I think I saw a high on Sunday of 89. I sure hope I don't miss out on anything exciting while I am gone;)

Of course I get finished watching my shows and no one is here. :sad1:

CSI was interesting, not the usual gore.

Nothing new to report, so I may as well sign off and go to bed.

TTFN

Happy Friday!

Are you being like the little boy in the WDW commercial? "But we're too excited to sleep!"

I love that commercial -- I don't think it is too excited, I think it is more too exhausted. You know when you are so tired, but just can't sleep, well, that is me.

Probably the most exciting thing you'll miss is the next milestone.

We promise not to make any important decisions without you!!

Now go into bed, lay there, and count the Hidden Mickeys til you fall asleep!!

T.O.P. Darn.....I really was going to save it for Jim.

Will share it with poor exhausted Pam!! I think we all sympathize. Us women, anyway!
