Come on down when you can....Water is still cool, temps vary from 90's yesterday to 40's this weekend. I hope these storms blow through so we can get diving in before the cruise.

For those of you staying at the port area and thinking of the meet up at JB's I just did Mapquest on it and it says that it is 72 miles and approximately 1 hour 19 minutes. Not too bad a ride. I think we are still up for it if everyone else is. Jim have you found out if they will have the Rock Shrimp at the end of May?

If they don't would it make more sense to do something more halfway between Port Canaveral and Daytona?

We'll definitely be at JB's if everyone else is... but then again, we're local... if plans change, let us know, as we are also pretty mobile!

I think Lisa has already decided Dad's (Insurance) and Mom's (Accounting) jobs are not want she wants to do. She wants to be a Dr., so I guess she will need to come visit one of the Dr's families to follow them around. I am sure since KT's Dad and Lauren's Dad are Doctors she would be happy to follow them around . . . . HA HA

When she's older, that'll work. Don't think he'd like having an 11 yr old follow him around. But I do know that he's had high school students shadow him on occassion.

Well, we're at the airport, ready to head home. I am exhausted. I always forget that Disney trips are not restful.
Every inch of my body hurts. It feels like I was tossed onto a conveyor belt and rolled backward a few feet. Oh wait.....I WAS!!! The knee that got bashed seems to just be sore. I'll just take Ohminnie's prescript....no cooking, no cleaning.......after I sleep for 3 days.

BTW....my kids wanted to know why I was singing the song "Way Down Yonder on the Chattahootchie".........I'm very glad that episode had a happy ending!

Stacey, glad to hear that your knee is doing ok. Get some rest!

All of this talk of quitting jobs is making me a little jealous. DH keeps reminding me that if I work, we can both retire early. Besides in the next year or so I'll hopefully be cutting back on hours to be home with the kiddos when they get home for school ... no more after-care for them ... that's the plan.

It's been quiet here today ... guess everyone is busy. I've been busy at work so my day has flown by.

We booked the San Gervasio Ruins in Cozumel and hubby will be really disappointed if we don't go there. I know the ones at Tulum are better, but I didn't want to spend all day on a tour.

New here and to cruising? Did you book these ruins thru DCL. We booked the Tulum ones because that is all we saw in book. Can you give me info on this as really don't want to spend all day either but do want to see ruins.Thanks
