Oy... What a day! Know what I did?

I QUIT MY JOB!!!!!!!

I am so happy. The place was driving me absolutely nuts. Imagine... My boss actually expected me to put that God-awful place before my daughter and family. Uh, I think NOT! So I gave my two weeks' notice, and will probably be paroled before that. I sure hope so!

Ah... I feel better already.

As for the Med cruises, I think that's a little out of our price range. Bummer...

Ok, this program called Andreamosaic was posted on the Craft/cooking/scrapbooking board.

Thought I'd try it out....maybe for Mike for father's day (a big poster size)....

I don't have ALL of our vacation pictures uploaded yet....this was just a trail to see if it was worth it....

what do you think?

Very cool! Looks like all the photo mosaics they have out at Disneyland for the 50th. Just may have to look into that.

I would enjoy that too..... Frances ,on the other hand would describe that many sea days as torture.....

A photomosaic makes a picture out of pictures. You can use it to make a picture of the monorail, like OM, but it is made up of many tiny individual pictures - using all of the pictures from the vacation.....

It's a picture of the monorail sliding through Epcot. But it's made up of about 1000 of our DCL/WDW vacation photos.

Sorry - was on my marothn post "catch-up day" and I missed lots of stuff --- even C L stuff like this.

Now fess, up = how did you make it?????

It was pretty easy (even for a tech moron like me)
That was a trail run. The hardest part now is going back through all of my photos (about 4000 of them) and editing them to make sure they are in landscape mode or that they are pictures we'd actually want on a Photomosaic---for example, I don't need the picture of a closed Fat Tuesdays on the final picture.

Thanks for all the encouragement to get our children involved with the kids thread. Lisa is now addicated, just like her mother. Yesterday, Lisa could not eat lunch with my co-worker and me because she was DISing. We went to bed and Lisa was still DISing. I guess it's better here than some other website.

Maybe she will fit lunch in today because we are taking our grill and cooking out for lunch at work. Figure if I feed her I won't have to pay her for working.

No kidding! My kids are like that too! Every break from school yesterday it was "can I DIS?"

I said "sure" cuz then it didn't make MY addiction seem as bad!!!!!

I figure it'll slow down next week when Lisa is back at school.
