Not really. If I could go tomorrow, I would. Just ask my DH...I don't have any patience. Believe me.

The basketball seaon that never ends - Mike's competitive league has two sets of playoffs. The first tournament was for the top two teams from each of the two divisions, playing for an embroidered jacket. Mike's team made it to the finals and came in 2nd - no jacket. This weekend is/was the end of season tournament all 8 teams play. Top two teams get trophies. It's a rematch in the finals on Monday night with the team who won jackets!!!

I'm a thrilled mom Mike has averaged 1 foul in each of the last three games - his career total is 3! (Sounds crazy for me to be excited but, I'm thrilled he's finally "in" the game!!!)

We went to the post office today to turn in our paperwork for passports ... it took us 2 hours ... 1:45 of waiting and 15 min to do the paperwork. I still have to mail mine in as mine is a renewal. The guy said it should take about 6 weeks to get everyone else's new ones. So we should be in good shape for the cruise. No I can say .. have passport, will travel!

Angie, we did that same thing today but thank goodness we didn't wait that long. It took us about 1/2 hour total. I had already filled out all the paperwork and we had our photos done elsewhere already. They told us 6 weeks, too. Hope they're right.

Our first to Alaska, we leave for Vancouver on the first, the cruise leaves the 2nd and we get back on the 16th, fly home on the 17th. We have friends that we met on a cruise coming from Australia and a crowd of others that cruised with us in 2004. Our thread from 2004 is still going on cruise critic.

We sailed out of Vancouver last year. Have you been to Vancouver b4? It is a beautiful city and I hope to go back again.

Mary and Mark are will have a whole entourage of followers on future cruises... We're not stalkers - we're groupies...

This cruise will be my THIRD with Mark and Mary. There should have been FOUR (October 22, 2005) but they cancelled it so we did too!!

We just like doing things for the group. I did think we had stalkers but they didn't book the DVC Member Cruise this year. Some family from Ohio.

Sorry, but DVC planned the cruise during Buckeye football season. And not only that, it's smack dab between two HOME games. At least they could have done it during an away game week or their BYE week.

I'll have to speak to someone at DVC about SSMC07!

I just cannot see DH having that conversation and if so hopefully not with me anywhere near!!!

Dh had the talk with the kids in the hot tub one night. Seemed like an appropriate place

I would love to do a DVC member cruise but wish they were 7 days, we just don't enjoy going on such a short cruise unless inclement weather changes it!!

Well, we got close to that on SSMC05. Ophelia was rolling in and we were sorta hoping for a few more days. Unfortunately the only change of itinerary we had was docking at Port Everglades (Ft. Lauderdale) instead of at Port Canaveral.
