Phew... its taking wayyyy too long to catch up these days... I have been off the DIS for 24 hours, and it takes about that long to catch up now!
Stacey - Please add my condolences to those already received. Thankfully, this didn't drag on longer than it needed to. It's never easy, but watching helplessly for a long time is even worse. Glad to hear that Megan's injuries aren't serious. (Though I am sure they are still painful.)
Pam - Prayers and PD that Charley is back on his feet and everything works out to be over-exagerated from Dr. Gloom & Doom.
I totally agree with Jim's sentiment that I'll take my boring, uneventful life.
Went to a benefit concert at HardRock Live last night, so I missed 24 altogether. Didn't tape or Tivo it... I'll just have to figure it out as I go tonight... if I can stay awake that long. I taught a 5 hour class this morning that turned into a 7 hour class thanks to a scheduling nightmare... after being out til well past 1AM, it was a rough morning to be in the next county by 8AM. (on a morning that the kids got to sleep in!!!) I am soooo ready for a nap!!!
I am starting to wonder how many 24 episodes they are going to 'double up' on... chances are, they won't show a season finale on Memorial Day, so we should be all set in terms of the cruise. It's only 19 weeks away, however, there are generally some 2-hour episodes during sweeps and such.
All this talk of dining reservations and excursions makes me want to leave NOW!!!!!!!! I think we should shock the heck out of
DCL, all get onto ONE dining rotation at ONE seating, and request a table of 92. That's about how many of us are on Mary & Mark's site... One long table, 92 chairs, with the winner of the day's "Pot Stirrer's Award" at the head of the table!
Time to catch up on what I missed by being out of the office all day. One thing I missed was the coat of primer being applied to the walls in the hallway... unfortunately the stench lasts a whole lot longer... guess I should have stayed out ALL day!!!!
