Thanks for the clarification. We just call it siding down here. Our house has Hardiplank on it. Gotta love the low maintenance stuff. Although it is time to have it repainted again.

Angie
The Hardiplank is pretty neat stuff and actually a "clapboard" style siding material. Painting is still a PITA, but that stuff won't rot or fall apart like wood will over the years.

Bummer about the girls and your cough, Ang. With vinyl there is NO painting.

Kevin, I thought a HH always carried his tools.

I wanna see you build a house with fingernail clippers...

They play Tampa Bay who has kicked our butts this year.

Too bad these are the only butts we have kicked this year. You can count on Pinella not being here next year. Have fun!!

Dave

XLT800 - You really think Lou won't be there? I'm a Yankee through and through, so I still have to root for Lou and Willie with the Mets, if you could believe that one. A Yankee fan rooting for the Mets. :rotfl2:

Gotta go to The Stadium now.

TTFN,
Maria

Back from the ped with the girls. Emily has a touch of bronchitis and Ashley has an ear infection. Both are now on Zithromax.

I'm thinking that I need get myself to the dr. I've got whatever Emily has and it's not getting better and don't think I can stand another night of hacking all night long. Tonight is curriculum night at school. DH will go while I stay home with the girls. He should be home a little after 7:00 so maybe I can get myself to one of those dr's offices that stays open late and on weekends.

Angie

Please take care of yourself - you've been running yourself too hard lately...

Boma now offers wine flights....When we were there I tried the red flight.

Three offerings,

Brampton Cabernet/Sauvignon/Merlot and Petit Vergot Blend. It is billed as Boma's #1 red wine but does not get my vote...too many mixed flavours.

Guardian Peak Frontier - Another blend of Cab. S., Shiraz, and Merlot....It is good with the main dinner (for me - chicken)....

Fairview Pinotage - I had tasted this before and ordered it at the bar before dinner. It is a nice, average wine, a bit on the harsh side for a pinotage.

So, good to try, not good to buy a case of...

Just got an e-mail from Stacey. Sounds like it's her turn for prayers.

Sounds a bit more serious than blood sugar for Jared, he's been referred to a cardiologist. Virgil, I'm sure she will be e-mailing you with details.

And Jordan is in lock-down at her school. They're looking for a couple in the area, and aren't letting the kids leave.

I'll post again if I hear anything else.

Diana - Thanks for the update on Stacey. Hope it is not too long before Stacey knows something. I really hate the waiting for info.
