Hi Maria!

My son will be 10 in January. He has limited use of his left arm/hand but otherwise...he is a typical fun loving boy! This is our 2nd Disney Cruise. The first cruise, both kids were in the lab....my son will feel alone without his sister. I hope he meets your son and others that will make him more at ease.

By the way...you are gonna LOVE DCL!

My DS, Caleb, has e-mailed AJ in NY (though he's been lazy about answering lately) and CJ in GA, who doesn't know about the cruise, yet. If your DS wants to e-mail Caleb, you can PM me. I end up doing the typing for DS, as it is too much like school work for him, I guess.

Know what you mean. I can only imagine what they thought when the got off the plane in El Paso. Desert and sand, no water to be found. I am sure they are just thankful to have some place to go at this point.

Pam, the front page article in our paper today was about refugees arriving from LA. I guess they were redirected in the air from Texas, about 6000 people are expected. Can you imagine the culture shock for these people, from NO to the high desert!

I have to tell you, that I don't know much about our TV, hubby's dream tv that we have had 2 years. It is one of the HDTV's, Sony and I thought it was a 42, but it is a 52" We bought it at Best Buy. I have also seen some really nice ones at Costco and the prices look pretty good

Thank you Pam, and Sandi.....he's definitely going to see the doctor. He should have a physical, anyway. My kids aren't sick very often, and then the insurance company sends me a letter telling me to take them to the doc.....I've often laughed that they just want to make sure I haven't killed them!
He did say that he felt hot and then "his eyes went dark". He has a headache now, but I think that's from his nose. It's swollen and bruised. Fairly certain he broke it again.
MEAN Mom told him that if he were built like me, he wouldn't have landed on his nose!
And Pam...I hadn't thought about sports.....he's supposed to start soccer soon! That could be bad in our heat. Thank you for reminding me. We'll be extra careful.
