Guess I've been watching a bit too much 24 lately, but my first thought in response to reading this was "i wonder what will happen to him once we don't need his information anymore!!!"

We will always need Virgil. I mean someone is always having a medical emergency!

A couple - since we're not a trauma center not that many... but we still see the ATV accident non-helmet wearers....

Hi All!! Thanks, Diana, the cake and flowers were the best I got!! LOL

Went out for Chinese last night, took the kids and then we all went to the grocery store. And who said "Romance is Dead"????
Nah, after 18 years, that worked for me. I didn't have to carry all the grocery bags in...and...they put it all away! Pretty good gift, if you ask me!

I'll be here all day. I plan on putting together the snorkel bag (need to take our stuff out of the big one, since it's just the two if us!) and the toiletries. Then all I'll need to do is to put those in the suitcases. One less thing on the list.

Have a beautiful day...it sure is gorgeous here. Cooler, breezy...low 80's.

My "worst" cruise dream is that I am in the stateroom unpacking. The whole time. By the time I finished unpacking, the cruise was over and I missed all the fun.
I'm telling you...Freud....he woulda loved me!!

During the lunch break for Jordan's cheer clinic yesterday, I took the girls to a costume store. I was astounded at the prices! Wow.

I kept showing Jordan all the cute Pirate-girl costumes....she told me "No way"!
I know what's going to happen...we'll be within a week or two of the cruise, and she'll decide that she DOES want to have a costume afterall. And then, I won't be able to find one.
I had to stop myself from buying all the pirate accessories. Reminded myself that I do NOT want to pck all that.

KEVIN had the best costume!! Jay & Jared only wore hats and eye patches. I don't have any idea where Jordan's costume is.....she probably dumped it when she cleaned her room. Now that I think about it, I don't know where mine is, either.
He remembered our anniversary when he walked in the house and saw that I had gotten him a card.....but you're right...I'm sure he'll "remember" it again, on the cruise.

Oh my gosh, he looks so young! He has really changed since then. I had just bought that shirt, were we in Antigua that day?? Where were we? You and I shopped in Antigua... maybe it was St Lucia. I saw that shirt with the skull and crossbones (which I knew he'd like because it's gory) and it says "St Lucia" ...or whatever...on it.
Now you're going to make me go look at the shirt!!!

Yep.....St Lucia..... and, Pirate night was the only night that we were all ready before dinner, early enough to have a family portrait done. So our only formal pic from that trip, and we're dressed like Pirates!!

And for those who are curious...in the picture...Top row, left to right, gaRry's daughter and son, Vanessa and Gregg, and Jared.
Bottom row...Brittany (DD of DVC4US), Alicia (DD of Kevin & Diana) and Jordan.

Director just called. KT has been cast as Young Jen in Scrooge and she's also in the ensemble!!!!! Nick was cast as Tiny Tim!!!!
