Anyway, the new thread for tweens...can 9 1/2 year olds post on there? Is that a Tween? Is 10 y.o. better? Or should the younger ones start their own thread? Just thought that that would be a cute thing for AJ(DS9) to join in on.

I thinks that would be fine for 9 1/2 years old and up to post ont the teen and in between thread.

Good Morning All - Another hot and humid day in Baltimore. I am taking the car to the dealer, going to the food pantry and then hopefully to the pool for an hour or so. I haven't made it to Curves all week so maybe I can get a little exercise. Have a good day.

Hmm I haven't had time to get to the gym since I came back from the repo cruise. Thank goodness no cruising soon. I've been way busy trying to find other places to go (and things to do) than be here at work .

Managed to get up to Baltimore twice...I like Fells Point. Nice shopping, good coffee shop, and so much better than working!

Off to NYC next weekend, then stuck here until oh, hmm, well October at this point .

And now she's got little sis Ashley attempting to do every move that she does!!! It's a riot! From Ashley's build & no-fear attitude, I think she may be a better gymast.

Well, she can meet lots of teen and tween Dancers and Gymnasts on the Cruise. I am sure each of them would love to "influence" her decision. Lisa did dance as well as gymnastics when she was younger. She liked the ballet, but hated tap. Her gym began teaching ballet to the gymnasts as a group and I took her out of the Dance Studio since ballet was the only class she really had any interest in back then.

I need to get mine in for an oil change, tire rotation and NOW the motor on the power window on the driver's side is burned out.....just have to find a time when someone can follow me down there. I hate to just sit there and wait all day....

I have the whole Rat Pack thing on the brain. We were at a promotional thing at the Mirage and the entertainment was a group of Rat-Pack look-and-sound-alikes. The music was fantastic! I had to remind everyone, that I, of course, only know all the words because of my parents. Yeah, uh-huh...
The "Frank Sinatra" was great! Dean, Sammy and Peter were only so-so. We sat with "Frank" later that night in the lounge at the casino and chatted...nice guy....man, did he look like Sinatra. I couldn't stop gazing into his eyes! Jay was pretty cute...finally he stood up and said "Well, time to go!".....we all just looked at him like, "Why?"......
maybe the green-eyed monster had a hold of him!

I think his "surprise plan" was already in place, and it was bugging him that "Frank's" eyes were so captivating......probably hurt his widdle feelings.....so I stopped. I was good.
