Hey Jim, I am feeling ignoreth by thou!

I just can't keep up with you three/now two. Remember, I am just a slow male and we have to think of things to say. It just does not come natural to us to say what we are thinking, if anything.

I did not correct you because on the 10 day cruise (which you are tired of hearing about) there were some days it went several hunderd in a night. Especially when it was coming to a big number.

Did I say I was tired of hearing about the 10 day cruise? I dont recall saying that......if I did I was joking....just so you know.....i love to hear about all cruises....

we're a bunch of gormands over here - especially when it's prime rib...

hmmm - I think we could have a progressive DIS dinner....

Jim can do the main course - and combine it with one of John's chocolate desserts...yummm....

Dinner is ready, but no family. They are 10 minutes late. This is the kind of thanks I get for slaving over a hot stove!

Sorry - I was running late because I had to drop Lisa's gymnast friend at her house and arrange for a friend of Lisa's to spend the night tomorrow night.

That's right. I forgot all about that.

This time I used the individually sliced pork loin. Made a pocket in each one and then stuffed them. Seared them and then baked it. They look wonderful.

Much easier than trying to roll the pork loin. I guess the test will be in the taste.

Topping it with a hunter sauce.

It was WONDERFUL!!!!

I thought the whole prime rib discussion was actually about filet mignon. But that was at Easter time so maybe that was another topic in itself.

All of this is making me hungry. We were lazy tonight & made rueben sandwiches.
