Hi everyone. It's Diana, posting as Kevin today, I think.
Had a fun day with Amanda and her well-behaved kids. I was trying to defend a spot for them to watch Illuminations from, and found that they are quite capable of fending for themselves!

.
HAHAHA you did know which 3 were mine didn't you??!!??!:rotfl: I really enjoyed hanging out with yo guys, and I am soo sorry that we didn't get together again! We got in late last night so I am still trying to unpack. I had to work today!

Now that I know how to do it, later we can all get together and coordinate our multiple Palo bookings. Here's to planning for the next 11 months for our "first double scoop" cruise ;)

Robin

Keep us informed!!! I haven't been on DCL yet, so I don't know first-hand how great Palo is, however, I'll take everyone's word for it!

OK, so spill the beans on how to get multiple Palo ressies. I'm new too. Never done DCL before. Come on...I'm waiting....

Edited to remove the instructions given by Moocow on how to get around the 1 reservation rule at Palo as the fact is, this is not a nice idea.

Robin

I will forward this 'cheat' to DCL and see how long it lasts.

I'm sorry....I'm gone...I did not mean to repluse anyone

I am not kidding and have already sent it to DCL. I found it extremely repulsive when I heard about the 'system' people were using to cheat the priority seating system at WDW. This ranks right up there. Everyone should have a fair turn at getting in Palo. You personally have nothing to worry about as I didn't mention who in any detail and will not.

Robin,

I'm originally from Port Chester. Have you lived in Norwalk your whole life or very long? A good friend from PC lives in Wilton and sends her kids to Catholic school...Our Lady of Fadima? Are you familiar? Anyway, I still have family in Stamford. My uncle was the Principal at Stamford High. 1st Alumni to do so.

The explanation was perfect. Anybody wanna dine at Palo with us?

TTFN,
Maria

Removing the quote because moocow asked me too. Basically she was saying how to cheat the Palo reservation system and eat there nearly every night, blocking out other people who would also like to eat there but couldn't get ressies. As if the "ressie rush" isn't bad enough already.

Ok, wait a second....let me get this straight....that would mean that I'd have to eat dinner with crazy internet psychos, right?!??!?!? What would that be teaching my children? Meet someone online and then sequester yourself on a cruise ship with them and mingle? SCARY!! HA HA HA! :rotfl2:

The 'Palo' procurement method doesn't sound that covert to me... just sounds like common sense... I had already thought of that on my own without any help or prior knowledge- I figured that's how people got more than one in the first place!! (That's how people usually booked the specialty restaurants on NCL if they wanted more than one...)

Yes, but the rule is you're not supposed to have more than one. This is the first time they've tried to enforce it properly and voila! a loophole is found.

There was a thing called 'The Breakfast Club' that got around the 1 ressie rule for Cinderella's Royal Table in about the same way. It's why now all PS's there require a credit card to hold them.

Ohiominnie, I sent you a PM, please read it. Thank you.

Photo Gallery Update!

At the request of Robin (moocow35) she has been removed from the web page. I personally think this is a bit drastic, but it was her wish.

I don't post as much as I lurk, but even with my lurking I missed something. Was this all over the Palo ressie thing?
