You all must have voted on that, and not told me. It's not my fault! (Who do only children blame?)

Obviously no one told Mark or I either. Maria, yes I would say most of the people in that picture had shirts. We wore ours both the day we embarked and then again when we disembarked and spent the day at WDW.

Good morning everyone. I guess I went to bed too early last night and missed the excitement of #5000. I can't believe everyone is talking about where to stay the night before. Well, maybe not everyone.;) I'm the obsessive/compulsive planner in our family, and haven't thought about where we'll be staying, yet. If we can get a good rate at WDW, we might stay on-site for a few days pre-cruise. Otherwise, I'll see how many Marriott points we have and stay at the Cocoa Beach Marriott, or Downtown Disney Marriott. We're kind of toying with the idea of going to Cirque de Soliel. Has anyone gone? Is it worth it? We'll be driving down unless we can find a super-duper low air fare between now and then. We've always flown down, so we may regret the 2-day drive down and back.:scared1:

OH hey, am I the only blithering idiot that cries every time they watch Extreme Makeover Home Edition?

I was right there with you, Maria. DH and I were both watching. It was really quiet in the room, so maybe it wasn't just me that was getting all choked up. That card with the yellow roses was really tugging at the heartstrings.:sad1:

What a man! I think I would be bitter for a long time after that if I was that guy. Not being able to see....that's the worst. Or maybe hearing. I don't know which is worse. Probably site. For me it might be my tastebuds. THAT would be horrible for me. :rotfl: I just think it's a wonderful thing that they do for these people. My DH wants to know how these people can afford the taxes afterward. Is it all included? And, like they said last night with the $100,000 - you can use this towards your old mortgage. I know on other shows they say that they paid the entire mortgage...is that on the old house or new? My kids wanted to know, cause we're putting the addition on our house, if they could come and do our house. I told them that I'm glad they don't come and do our house. I had to explain WHY they come and build a house for these people. OOHHHH was the response.

Anyway, I hope everyone has a great MONDAY!!! Back to structure. Sometimes the weekends just are so hectic that my schedule is all off. One thing for sure never leaves is .......THE LAUNDRY. I told my family that they are not going to be able to wear clothes anymore. My little guy just looked at me. :earseek: Too funny....

TTFN,
Maria

WWOOOO!! Another top!!
And the 5000th response!! This must be my lucky day!!! I gotta play the lotto. :goodvibes :cool1:

OhioMinnie must be in town.

It's another dark, cloudy, overcast day. It looks more like Ohio than Florida, the Sunshine state. :sunny:

Hey... the sun was out here--- til I read your post!!! Seriously- its been clear here all AM- now the clouds just rolled in. So is it OhioMinnie, or Scuba that's causing our 'bad' weather??? Wait... the sun is peeking out again... all is not lost!

Mary, do you have that pic on your computer to post it? At least that many! I sure hope Garry and Vicki got their money for all those shirts.

We believe the shirts should have been pay up front. I was a little surprised that Gary fronted all the money, ordered the shirts, and hoped to collect at the cruise.

I did not mind doing that for the wine because I hoped people would not pick them up, but with the shirts we should pay up front when we order so there is not risk of someone coming up short.

That picture brings back memories.

I found almost everybody, but I can't see Jim. Were you in the Rainforest room again??? :earseek:

I appreciate your concern after all that is what dive buddies do, keep track of the other guy. Remember, we went right from this to the wine party. Do you think I would ever miss that! Where's Waldo?
