Cappy's pizza was great, reliving the memories of the cruise was fun, and the company is fantastic!
Glad to hear you made it there safely. So I take it the DVD turn out well. Can't wait to get ours. Hope you had some Cappy's Pizza for me. Can't wait to hear more about your trip.

BUMP!!

Hope everybody is hanging in there. We actually have realy nice weather this weekend. I just got back from Costco and we didn't do too much damage. :rotfl:

It is a beautiful day in Paradise - except it is HOT - very hot....This morning's attck of the jungle was limited to 2 hours, due to my lack of waking up on time to get out early...

Then a nice respite to the Irish pub before driving to the island to check on the ocean.

Jim - IT IS STILL THERE!!!!! Actually flat seas - yipeee.....

We stopped at the Palm Beach Publix for Carib beer - and since the key lime has fruited, we can enjoy an early dinner before bedtime...

Someone is making me get up extra early.....

Mary and Karen and all - enjoy the pizza....

This morning I pied the Cat with a snake --- picke dup the cat, looked at the snake - what was that rhyme....red and yellow???? red and black - oh heck - SAM!!!!!!

YUP, Cat had brought us a coral snake...Cat is fine (still, we think....). Snake is, well, snake is not fine, snake is dead...sory about that but too many small animals and children to have bad snakes about.....

:wave2: later.....

To bad it's flat and warm. It's just not as much fun diving in a flat and warm ocean as it is in a big, dark, and cold hole. Right Kevin? :lmao:

I love living in Florida!

Must go over to the 11 day cruise thread and see what everyone is planning to do about wine. Wonder if we can ship some? They charge like $45 or so for Banfi on the ship, don't they? Yikes!

Sounds like you need the resident Banfi-toting "expert" to hand-deliver some to you at the port before you set sail...

You are sooooo bad!!!!!!!!

Hope you are asleep...... :thumbsup2

I heard you Floridians now have a python problem. And I thought our rattlesnakes were bad!

And it isn't just the Banfi I realized I'd miss. I almost forgot about my PEPSI!!!! We can make a grocery stop, but I wonder if the ship will let us take anything onboard. Oh well. I may just have to suffer.

Nice day today...a little cooler. And it's so nice to see all the green here...trees, grass, flowers. But I'll still be ready to go home.

TWO U-T.O.P.s IN A ROW!!!!
pdfg and for everyone else!

Hi all, hope everyone is having a great weekend. I am sitting here in the living room wachting preseason football (Dallas and Seattle) and dissing on Dale's new laptop. My brother sent him one yesterday and it is really nice. Charley got all the wi-fi set up, so I am trying it out. I am sure I won't get much opportunity to when Dale is around, but he is out with friends tonight. (yeah for me)

Enjoying the last few days of summer. School starts on Monday. Not sure I am ready for summer to be over.

Dale's car has been in the shop for the last week. Unfortunately, the fuel pump went out. Cost of $700, but the dealership we bought it from luckily has offered to help pay 1/2. Technically, they didn't have to because we bought it as is, but I guess they felt bad that it happend so soon after we bought it. We should get it back on Monday, so at least he will have it for the first day of 6 a.m. band practice.

We had Ashley's swim banquet last night. She received the team trophy from the Border Swim Champs swim meet (that was the last one she swam). they pick one swimmer to receive it out of all the kids from all age groups. It is based on overall performance. She was really pleased. This is the second time she has received a team trophy. A lot of kids never receive them, so that was really neat.

Have a great weekend everyone

gaRry,
Just wanted to let you know that we travelled all over Columbus (covernig three counties) this weekend and saw LOTS of morons.....tons of donor cycles and lots of ppl riding on along the highway in the BACK of pick up trucks. But no livers that weren't currently being used.

One last shot though.....Mark and Mary drive home today and maybe they'll see something along the way. :)

:tinker:Good morning, blabbermouths :tinker:

Happy SUNDAY!

Continued prayers for all who need them and for the world in general based on the news out of England this past week. :sad2:

(posted by ohiominnie b/c Mary will be on the road today. Copied her post from a previous day and my edits are in red!) :lmao:

Sailing date is Sept. 17, we will all be at the Airport Hyatt the night of the 16th. If anyone wants to join us for dinner. I know it's tough to go to the airport. I think we are all flying out on disembarkation day.

Raining off and on here today. We managed to make it in and out of church and in and out of lunch when the rain had let up. Home now, and it's pouring.
I guess we had some major flooding at home sometime this week. My family members weren't specific on the day.
Waiting for my niece to arrive with the little girls (great-nieces) for a rainy afternoon of fun. Can't wait to see how they've grown!

Is anyone out there in the Savannah area? Megan is there right now (until next Sunday) and will be back for maybe a three month stay, job training, something to do with computers. Again, my family is never forthcoming with specifics. I just wish she were near someone I know, who could check on her. Is it pretty there?
