:tinker:Good morning cruisers :tinker:

Happy Friday!

We're off to Ohio later this morning. Getting excited about seeing the Ohiomouse family and also reliving all the wonderful memories of our great cruise. They are testing the DVD Mark made and if all goes well the rest will be made when we get home.

 Safe travels, Mark & Mary. Have a GREAT weekend, y'all! :yay: We're looking forward to your trip report. :cheer2:

I thought you meant to say "Honored"!!!!!!!

No... you read it right the first time...

She's only been a Floridian for 3 years, but she already knows "right" from "WRONG" when it comes to higher education... and FOOTBALL!!!

You took the words right out of my mouth!!!!!!
karen,

luv the mouse matters. For this reason we always carry Purell or hand wipes everywhere, in the car, purse, lunch boxes, back packs, diaper bags, overnight bags, sports bags and, even on travel when I add the lysol and lysol wipes. Even the baby DS1 knows to rub his hands together when using the purell and the DD3 has a small bottle in her purse at all times. We use is before and after giving peace at church, to and from shopping trips, before they get into the car after being in public.

This does not replace the good old soap and warm water hand washing. If I see one of my five kids (4+DH) with fingers anywhere from nose, mouth, rubbing/scratching below the waist it's hand santizer or if available soap and water. I've even resorted to using the baby wash and bottled water to have them wash.

I know what you all are thinking boy is she uptight but with four kids running around I can't afford for one of them to get sick and spread it to the others. It takes about a month to get rid of whatever they bring home, which is no fun for me. So I try to eleminate what I can. My middle DS8 love to touch and drag his body along walls, railings, elevator buttons any things crawling with nasty germs. It's very gross and he never learns his lesson. Even when we explain that not everybody washes after they use the faclitites but he still doesn't get it, well he does it get FROM IS Father.

I just have one question for the people in London.....How was the Cappy's pizza??
Hope you're having fun.
I haven't had a chance to read back and see what I've missed lately. I hope everyone is doing well.

Elizabeth is absolutely HORRIFIED that her science teacher is a U of Florida Gator fan. :rotfl: She is excited, though that Lisa (as in Little Gymnast, not "LISA") is in her science class. A mini-DIS meet every day!

Except - Lisa is not in that class anymore. She had to move to Ms. Scott's class. Lisa did not want to move, but her brother convinced her that moving back into Advanced Science would be best for her future. Of course, because it was advice from her brother whom she adores, she did it. I only wish Matt could listen to his own advice at times. Matt is currently thinking of becoming a teacher. I think he would be very good at that - he certainly as already heard (or given) every excuse in the book. Seriously, I am hoping for great things from him this year (it's a new year and a Mom can always dream!!!!)

Don't know yet. Mark and Mary aren't here yet. But we're ready:

With Matt's personality, he'd make a great teacher.

Sorry, Ohminnie (and Mark & Mary) I've lost track of the days. They seem to be all running together. It feels like I've been here for two weeks already and not just a few days.
What a great welcome for Mark & Mary. I think I may be more jealous than Virgil....pizza or no pizza!

Old news now, I guess.....but so much for bringing our own Banfi on the plane and on the ship, huh?
Less souvenirs for me, so I can pay DCL for my Banfi.
Gotta go. It has been nice catching up.

Come on over anytime. :) It ain't Vegas though. Far from it. :lmao:

I haven't tried Cappy's pizza - the taste testers will have to see how it stacks up against Chicago style Pizza - (which in my opinion is the best.... :teeth: ) It's gonna be hard to beat Uno's or Gino's Pizza...

Stacey, you'll have to book another cruise through Houston or Galveston. Driven to desperation after moving to Texas and missing Chicago pizza - John perfected his own...He makes an awesome stuffed pizza.
