We're back. All 3 of us spent yesterday sleeping at the Hyatt. I'm feeling much better. I was so bummed to get quarantined on my last day of the cruise. I wasn't feeling too terribly awful, but the stomach cramps were bothering me enough to not be able to go on the banana boat or the cabana massage. Larry took Caleb on the banana boat. That is a major deal since he's deathly afraid of any water over his chest! The only way to not get charged for our massage was with a dr.'s note, so I ended up stuck in the cabin. I would have felt so guilty if I had spread it around to anyone. Our flight landed in Indy around 10:00, and we settled into the hotel only to have a bunch of drunks yelling in the hall on their way out around 11:30 pm and again when they came back around 3 am. We got home around 10:00am this morning to find that the siders had not finished trimming the windows, and our satellite internet is out (I came to the library to check in). I'm guessing the credit card company needed to verify the charge for the siding before they'd release it, since both are on the answering machine. I have to wait at least a week before my internet is fixed at home, and Larry came down with a bad cold yesterday. Had laundry in before I left for the library . Bye...

Did learn one thing, do NOT jinx it by going around saying how great it is until it's over. Alicia opened the stateroom door over her big toe Friday morning. Lots of blood, crying, I was getting ready to take her down to the medic. Kevin cleaned it up, says it's fine, she even went to the teen beach. I looked at it last night, there's a small chunk of her toe missing! Now I need to decide if she needs to go to urgent care today or wait until tomorrow. She needs a tetanus shot for sure. She's supposed to start workshops this week and perform at a show Friday incuding the duo number. I'm thinking that's not happening, it hurts her to walk.

Poor Alicia - hope she feels better soon.....

I had to comment on this though because I joked (not haha joke- you know what I mean- sarcastically) with my husband about how they put razors on the underside of the doors. What is up with that? I got my toe sliced by one of the adjoining doors (ours went to almost the floor- the kids door there was a good inch or so above- just enough for my big toe to be under it! This was before finding out we could get doorstops on THURSDAY and we were still opening/shutting 2 doors everytime we went thru) and my son sliced the top of 2 toes from the front door of the stateroom on the last night. Those things are dangerous! Just enough room for toes to be under there yet very sharp on the underside/edges!

OMG! I'm reading this thread now (pages I haven't seen yet I mean, ofcourse) and saw this picture and thought hmmm, is that the "I like orange" girl? Wow, I didn't know that was your daughter! LOL

I totally missed out on the wine thing. Was that mentioned in the last few days or something? I don't recall seeing it on the other website or anything and I thought I checked it just a few days before we left! darnit... no special label wine for us!

Sandi, we were sorry to hear about your quarantine. Missing even one day of this cruise was sad.

Hi everyone,
We are home, I was sick on the way home yesterday, had a migraine and was out most of the day, getting off the ship really doesn't agree with me!!!

Booked again on board for September 2007 and still have our 2 weeks in Alaska to look forward to with a week in Myrtle beach before then.

Back to reality.................laundry being done, cases unpacked and the dogs are on there way home from the kennel.

Cannot believe how quick the week went!!!!!

Sharon decided to not wait around for Matt's phone call from CR because it would be "I'm here, good bye". Sure enough, the phone message was just that. Since he is alive and in CR all is well.

We are doing the Labor day week which is what we have done the last 4 years as it is DH birthday, it is either the 1st or 2nd but we will be there whichever day.

Trust me. All but four pictures are of me eating. I was out eating my DH. He was getting worried I never eat so much!!!!
