Ok I just got off the phone with CRO.
Last night I spoke with a CM who put a package together for me with AKL for 4 nights. I asked about whether or not I was eligible for any discount and she told me discounts were never offered. She also told me that standard rooms were not available for my travel dates and didn't look for a time they were available even though my dates were flexible (even though the room WAS available on the website for my dates). She was supposed to put a courtesy hold on the package until today.

Today I called and tried to have the CM pull up the package that was on hold. Apparently last night's CM never actually put it on hold and the confirmation number I was given didn't even exist. So we had to start all over. She said standard rooms WERE available. She quoted me the rack rate price. I told her I had a code I wanted to see if it worked and gave her the code...it pulled up and she said the code works, but that it takes away the standard room and my only option was Savannah or higher. She quoted me a Savannah room, 5 day PH & dining for 4 nights came out to $1607.72...which is $513.04 off rack rate. It's $198 off standard room rack rate. Still a bit pricey for us with only 4 nights. But she put it on courtesy hold and said I have until February 10th to make the deposit.

Wasn't really worth it for me, so I didn't book. Would have been nice for it to have been 40% off, but it wasn't.

I got the Poly GV concierge which I never would have considered but they only had the CL available so I had him check and it was $2,290.91 for 6 nights Poly GV CL,dining, and a 1 day ticket for one person. (no insurance)I think this is a good deal but since WDW changed their website I can't use the reservation system anymore my computer is too old. Could someone please check out what the actual cost is on the WDW website for me with the date starting 12/9 for 6 nights( 1 adult) Poly GV CL,dining,1 day base ticket and no insurance. I would sure appreciate it. Thanks!!!!!

I think the confusion is in the wording, the 40% is not applied to the whole package just the room portion

Got it!!!!!!!!!!!!!! $3561.35 for 10 day PH plus water parks at CR Garden View for 2A, 1C at the end of August.

I am going 12/9 to 12/15 and staying at the CBR and I got a discount. I got 6 nights with 1 day base tickets and the dining plan for 2 adults and 1 child age 3 for $1387.63. Oh, I forgot, I also got a waterview room. I think if I figured right, I'm getting a savings of around $430. I booked my trip on 1/24 , but I did call yesterday to modify my dates. If I was you, I would just try calling back and maybe you will get a different CM.

Oh, by the way.... Have you stayed at CBR before? If you did, did you like it? I was just curious bcause I have never been there before.

These are the dates someone gave for availability.

The dates posted for the offer are: 2/25-3/7; 5/28-6/3; 8/21-10/6; 10/21-11/3; 11/11-11/16; and 12/9-12/22.


You would need to check in on 11/3 to be eligible.
