Far as I can tell, online booking is working fine.
This is always one of the busier days of the year. Member Services closed early on the 24th and all day on the 25th. In addition to a natural backlog created by those closures, it's also been 2+ days of family get-togethers where many finalize their travel plans for the coming year.
Member Services wait times have gotten much better in recent months as they went through a wave of hiring & training. But it wouldn't be financially responsible to staff-up for 2 minute wait times year-round. There will always be peaks and valleys.
When ever I went to on line booking this morning, I got an error message. That's why I called. I did the 40 minute wait time, and happily, I was able to do what I wanted, add a night to a standard view 2 bedroom at BWV in May.
Interesting. I called a short time ago (accounting department) about my dues. I set myself up with some work because I was anticipating being on hold for a while but someone picked right up. I was taken completely off guard.
