Hello,

I'm new to Disney & rotational dining. Just the thought of a set dining time makes me cringe. But I want to try it. We are looking at the Dream 4 night Bahamas. I know that there are 3 main dining rooms, and that one will repeat.

Will I get to try all 3 menus, plus pirate night menu? I'm guessing the one that repeats is the one we are in for Pirate night........ But maybe I'm wrong?

Thanks!

Yes. The rotation for the 4 night cruise is either 1223 or 1233. The order of the rotation is Animator's followed by Royal Palace followed by Enchanted Garden. So you'll either have AEER; ERRA; RAAE OR AERR; ERAA; RAEE as your rotation. Pirate night on the 4 night cruise is typically night 3. So night 3 would be the Pirate menu and the other nights you'll have the signature menu that's specific to each dining room.

Thank you so much! I'm taking my 14 year old niece with us and want her to get the full Disney experience!

I don't want to hijack, but can you change your rotation at all? Anyone know how they are assigned?

I'd really like a 1233...

Each cruise has a specific rotation. For our 4 night Dream cruise it was 1223. It used to be 1233, but was changed. Although, a few people have reported that their recent cruises have been 1233. It depends on how DCL wants to set up. Originally, the 1233 rotation wasn't particularly liked, as it put people in the same dining room for the last two nights and debarkation morning (you are assigned to breakfast on debarkation day in the dining room you last had dinner in). Switching to 1223 broke it up a little more.

If the rotation for your cruise is 1223, you can't change it to 1233. Everyone onboard will have the same rotation.

You won't know what your rotation is for sure until you check in at the port.

Gotcha!

I'd only like a 1233 because we have Palo on the last night and we'd like the opportunity to eat in all of the dining rooms.
