In my oppinion it is just enough to get a taste for DW, but not enough time to truly experience what it has to offer. We did 4 days our first time there and were amazed at how much there is to do. we did our first day at Epcot because it was a travel day and everyone told us that it was not an exciting park especially not for young kids (what liars they turened out to be and what a mistake Epcot, with all of the walking, was to do on a day we woke up at 4:00 am). We then did a day each at MGM, AK and MK. The only park that we left without needing more time was AK. MK we only got to about half of what we wanted and MGM maybe just over half. Dont get me wrong we had a great vacation, but dont expect to do more than the "highlights" in 4 days.
We then went last year and did 2 days each at both Epcot and MK, along with one at MGM and AK each. We did not go to the park on either travel day doing Downtown the evening we got there and our hotel the morn we left. This alowed us to not feel rushed and still see everything we have on our to do list. This is what we plan to do this year and it is a comfortable trip for us (although I would do longer if I could). We plan to go for 8 days with 6 days in the park (broken down as mentioned above) and have the 7 day dining package. I cant wait.
