Let's see - how to pass the time until we cruise???

We will start our college baseball season this weekend in a brand new $35 million dollar stadium! We are pretty excited about that. So I'll be going to lots of games.

I still have to make my fish extender and some of the goodies to share. I keep thinking, "Oh, I have lots of time to do that!" I hope I don't put it off too long!

Oh yea, I have to work everyday!

I'm really looking forward to the cruise. And meeting all of the DIS gang!

I went with Palo Monday night, but there seemed to be alot of options left.

I was going to go with the High Tea, but figured with the early dinner, an extra meal at 3:00 was a bit too much

We will be doing Palo on Monday night as well.......Can't wait for April to get here!!!!!

We are booked at Palo on Monday night also. We'll be celebrating (that's on cheer for every ten years ) my DH's birthday. I think we have a 6:30 reservation. If you see us there, please stop by!

Are you going on Disney's air, or seperate? I didn't end up finding anything (except Sunquest) cheaper, so I went with Disney's package. Only 5 more weeks until we find out our flights.

Just as an FYI, I came across pink princess lanyards at Michael's Craft Store for $1. I don't really think our little one will need one, but thought she'll get a kick out of it since it's pink and had some of the disney princesses on it. Oh and it was only a $1.

We just booked our tortola cruise - 4/25. We're so excited...this is our second disney cruise - we did the land and sea package in May 2008 and had a BLAST!

I didn't notice any FEs on the last cruise --- but I can't say I was looking for any either. What a fun idea!

Is it too late to be added to the FE listing? We'd so love to play!! We have a 3 year old daughter that would get so into this and I'd love for her to get to do it.

So if it's not too late ----> Please add Eric, Jen, and Ashley (3) to the list...I'm not sure on our room number. I'll have to get back with you.

This board has been very quiet. I think since we are in the 9 week stretch, I am going to do a question a week to see if we can get this board hopping again.

We've never been to WDW. We grew up on the West Coast so Disneyland.

Animal Kingdom - Kilimajaro Safari. You can't beat a ride with real animals.
BINGO - Not sure right now but it sounds fun.
Margarita/Tequilla tasting - YES

Favorite park/attraction:
That one is a little more challenging There are so many things we enjoy about the parks. Soarin', Expedition Everest, Safari, Splash Mountain, Tower of Terror, Rockin' Roller Coaster, and the list could go on and on. I really don't think I can pick a favorite. Sometimes it depends on my mood, which bus shows up first, what we've already done, if I'm doing a park visit solo while my DH is playing golf etc etc etc

We might be in for the Margarita tasting. I'll check into it when we board. Same for the BINGO!!

Later. We are off to watch our #1 ranked LSU Fighting Tiger Baseball team play it's third game of the weekend AND to watch to our Lady Tiger Basketball team play! I'm a really good sports spectator

Favorite Theme Park: Typhoon Lagoon is fun - I also love Magic Kingdom
Daughter's Fav: Magic Kingdom - It's a Small World (she also loves the Aladin ride where you ride the magic carpet and the camel spits water on you - not sure which park that is at though - can't remember).
Husband's Fav: He likes it all - he thought the nighttime parade w/ lights was really cool at Magic Kingdom last time we went.

Bingo --- yes definitely.

Hey everyone.

For those of you getting into town on Friday, there's a rocket launch scheduled on April 24th at 8:00pm. That'd be a nice night launch and great sightseeing. More magic before the Magic!

This launch is being rescheduled for around May 7. However, there is another launch slated for the evening of April 28 right now which is so far on track.

Question of the week:

My favorite park is Disneyland. I'm originally from Los Angeles, was an annual passholder, AND worked for Disney so I used to go to Disneyland once a month! My husband proposed to me in front of Sleeping Beauty's Castle! My favorite ride is Space Mountain. I'm generally afraid of roller coasters but Space Mountain is perfect for me!

Casey's is Piglet, and finding stuff with Piglet on it is almost impossible.

DD: don't know yet, she was too little the last time we were at Disneyland.

My DH said he wants to try Bingo. We'll see.

We are definitely trying the tastings. I'm not a beer drinker, so I'll probably pass on that one, but DH will be there. Anyone else doing gonna try it?

I forgot to answer the part of about tastings and bingo. I definitely want to try my hand at bingo and do the beer tasting!

By the way, I was thinking that meeting on the first day of the cruise is a good idea in case anyone's stateroom changes when they check-in at port and we need to update it for the FE list!
