Okay for those that were interested in sharing transportation one way from the Port in Barcelona to the Airprot (BCN) to catch the 10:50am, 4/24/10, Aer Lingus flight with plenty of time to spare~

(still with me?) I know there were a bunch of us.

Prices look reasonable. Anyone want to check it out? I have not contacted them and would not be able to do so before Monday at earliest.

I currently have a cat 9 cabin on the 2nd floor.
I debating going to a cat 8 cabin.
Right now I know my room number and know I am midship.
If I change to a cat 8 I will not know my room until right before we leave and I will be in the front of the ship. They said there is also a chance of getting an upgrade but I do not want a cabin with a veranda.
Any opinions on what is better????

We have sail both deck 1 and deck 2 midship and loved it. I guess the question is why do you want to change?

Oh, DW (Donna) is NOT going to be happy if she finds out someone was referring to TINK as a mere character! I believe it would be politically correct to refer to TINK as an ACTRESS!

Think about it this ...
1) Disney characters can be seen at WDW, Disneyland, and / or on the DCL ships.
2) You see Mickey, Minnie, Goofy (etc) ... but do you EVER see Tinkerbell in person?

Then there is this ...
3) Disney actors and actresses have indeed "graced" the Disney Parks and Cruise Ships ... but are rarely seen, unless performing for guests.
4) Have you ever seen TINK walking / flying about the parks or ship(s) ... unless she was performing?

The only LOGICAL conclusion would be that TINK is an actress!

We were on deck 2 for the WB Panama Canal cruise. Initially, I was afraid that it would seem far away, since we'd been on deck 7 for our previous cruises, but we actually liked deck 2! It's just a short walk up to the restaurants/shows/shopping. Our cabins were quiet. I had no complaints about the cabin or deck 2.

Personally, I don't think I would pay for an upgrade based only upon location, so I wouldn't pay extra to be in a cat 8 over a cat 9, but that's just me.

We have a cast member balcony guarantee, so our rooms should be assigned at the same time as the cat 12s. It looks like the April 1 cruisers got their cabin assignments this week, so hopefully next week!

I still haven't gotten a room assignment but my Mom is booked in a Cat 11 GTY. We noticed her room assignment was online when we were booking excursions for her in mid-January. No upgrade for her at that time.

I'm booked in a Cat 10 GTY. I was hoping for a secret porthole room. I've been on a waitlist before on a couple of cruises in the past and each time the original reservation was canceled and I got the SPH room I wanted. Maybe this time I'll just get that upgrade instead.
