C.Ann, I'm so sorry you are going all through this. I totally understand the work situation. Do you feel comfortable talking to your boss about this? At least to let him/her know that your daughter is sick and you may need to leave unexpectedly.

We try and be very flexible with people in our office, especially at times like this.
