I would love to join this group. I need to lose about 15 pounds before June when we're going on a cruise, and then in July I'm in my sister's wedding, and then in August we're going to Disney (and it's free dining, so I know I'll gain a couple back then.) The 30 day shred sounds great--I'll get it this weekend.
) plus an extra 10 pounds or so... approx 30 pounds total. I'm already following the Couch to 5K to be ready to run in the Family Fun 5 k at disney in March (should have been the princess 1/2 but I couldn't consistantly manage to find time to train) so I'm running 3 nights a week and I think this will be my alternating workout (is it reccommended for daily use or every other day?) I'm also following South Beach Diet which allowed me to loose 50 pounds 4 years ago and keep it off for about 2 years... then I started running, got into worse eating habbits, but kept it off thanks to the exercise... got pg, did squat with exercise and started eating HORRIBLY, which I can't seem to stop (I lost 20 pounds having my DD; have managed to ADD 10 of that back on and off and on over the past 9 months




I signed up online with the website included in the 30 day shred and Jillian is saying 1200-1400 calories a day to lose weight. So I figured out how many calories my points were allowing me and it was WAY more than that! So as of now I'm counting calories-which is also a LOT easier!
